It takes years to find that relentless “parts guy” for every situation. Unfortunately my car has been…. Driven…. to help 🤦🏻‍♀. After recently moving thousands of miles from my hometown, my car decided we needed a new roster…. So in the past MONTH, alllll on DIFFERENT OCCASIONS , I have needed to replace the following: coil overs, two wheels and tires (a week apart from each other), a radiator, a serpentine belt, a motor mount, a rock shroud, apparently a bent spare tire rim , and the list goes on… car at least gets points for creativity 🙄.
On my way to work today my T-stat didn’t open…. 😠
After work, exhausted, angry, and getting increasingly broke, I made contact with Crystal at my 100000000000th random part store this MONTH.
Despite having no knowledge of my month’s series of events, Crystal was calm, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She located the parts, vehicle specks, diagrams, and resolved other insignificant inquiries… she gave effort beyond anything I have experienced in this state, and when assisting me, she never once rushed me or made me feel like a burden. I felt I was genuinely her priority.

Living rule all my life, and having worked in classic car restoration, I’ve been spoiled by things like high end Porsche parts distributors and the hospitality and customer service you’d expect from a small down. Crystal represented herself and Orileys impressively and maintained the same standards in her customer service that I would have been impressed with by a specialized parts rep.

I dreaded making yet ANOTHER call to a parts store …. And now It’s past midnight and I’m writing the 3rd review I’ve ever written in my life for the … second time 🤣.

Thanks for the help and for the refreshing interruption from the lackluster and lack of empathy that is becoming more prevalent.

Employees are kind and helpful. O'Reilly's typically has whatever I need at the moment.

Needed a paint match and the employees were able to mix the color I needed within an hour. Awesome.

They staff was friendly and able to get my parts that I needed. I liked the fact that I didn't have to give my car info more than once. Having my parts in stock is always a bonus! Not only is this location close to home but it off the other few, there is a better atmosphere which makes the experience better.

I had a really great experience here. Not sure who the gentleman was but he was maybe a bit older than middle aged and slender and a woman whose oldest is 12 and youngest is 2 wer very helpful and kind. I went in carrying my 3 month old needing both my tail lights replaced and they immediately ran out to my car and confirmed it was my taillights that were out and that they were in fact burned out and quickly replaced them for me. I was in and out so fast and didn’t have to do a thing. Plus, I had a nice conversation about motherhood in the brief time. I left very happy as car stuff typically stresses me out.

Customer service is excellent -- above and beyond even though the highly specific items I need are not kept in inventory.

I had a great experience with manager, Scott, at the Blue Springs location. He was honest, polite, and professional. Due to his efforts, I've developed loyalty towards O' Reilly's and will only shop here for parts. Great experience, I highly recommend them.

Michael and Kurtis helped me with my battery replacement. Knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for me. I greatly appreciate it and will be coming here from now on.

This place has about everything you need for parts and of they don't have it they will order it.

Went in for a power window master switch. Part was $96.00 But they wouldn't sell it to me until we covered all the bases. Turned out all I needed was a motor. $31.00 part!! Left to my own devices I woulda just spent the money..but I wouldn't have been able to return the part if I tried it and it wasn't the solution. They saved me $65.00!!! Rather than racking up sales on a sucker..they actually helped me out. Probably the best customer service I've ever had.

Ronnie is definitely the kind of guy I want to talk to when I go into a auto parts store. He is very knowledgeable about cars and can figure out my confusion about my own car.

Was originally sold the wrong battery and had to go back. The man & woman working were so helpful when I went back and adamant to make it right, it ended up making up for the mess up. Would definitely go back.

I was helped by Clayton who went above and beyond the call of duty. Miguel was also there and very helpfuI. I greatly appreciate both of these men. I’m glad to know there are still people willing to help out those of us that know nothing about cars. THANK YOU BOTH!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Told me exactly what I would need and then replaced my license plate for me at no charge. Clean store and friendly customer service.

The young people of today's age aren't blessed with building the fun hotrods of my era .
But they know their store and where the products are.
I'm sad that it's just a parts store these days.
And not a gear head hangout anymore.

The battery price seemed a little on the high side but the the employee was very nice, and installed it very quickly.

If you are looking for knowledgable staff with experience in the mechanics industry this is the place. I've gone in with crazy ideas that only a true mechanic would know the answer to and always have at least one person on staff that can answer the question.
