This Staples Print Service in Longmont is AMAZING! I had a very large, slightly complicated, rushed order and these folks got it done PERFECTLY and in such a timely manner! I am so, so grateful and highly recommend their printing services!

I received excellent customer service from Mary in the printing department. She went above and beyond for me all while having a kind and positive demeanor. I will definitely be bringing all my printing projects to this Longmont location in the future.

Was attempting to purchase a new work chair with my warranty replacement gift card from my previous chair. Anna was the only person on the floor and was running around helping someone else. When she was free she came over to help. She was able to find a price match online for my new chair that, with a new warranty, saved me roughly 100 dollars. I extremely thankful for her services and have no doubt on where I will shop for my office supplies in the future.

Rarely do I write a review but the service and product was absolutely exceptional!!! Many kudos to Randy and team in the print department for a job very well done!! Our manuals looked fantastic and the service throughout the store was absolutely great!!! Thank you Logan, thanks to you, we're coming back to buy new chairs. The manager (M?) and person at the check were also incredibly helpful. We are a multi-year repeat customer, but you just keep getting better!! The print shop at the Longmont Staples is great! I recently posted a poor review of the print shop at another national chain in town, so I thought it fair that I give the Staples folks credit for doing a good job. Totally prompt and organized.

I went in for the first time to this staples location. I was greeted by a gentleman named Joe that was so kind and helpful. He definitely was there for all of my consumer needs. The store was well stocked and you could tell care went into its upkeep. My cashier was # 2042871. She was extremely gracious and made sure to sign me up for the rewards program. The store manager was definitely hands on, hopping onto the register to help as needed. I will be purchasing all my office needs from this point forward at this location.

The wife and I just went into Staples for a new printer. Almost immediately we received phenomenal expertise service from whom I believe was the manager on duty. She was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Although our hearts were already set on a particular type of printer, her suggestions were very helpful, appreciated, and very informative. If you're looking for great help with your office supply needs this is the spot you want to go to. Way to go Longmont Staples Team!

Mary and the team at staples are wonderful. I love that they are open later so I can get all my printing needs done even in the evening. Best place to go to have your printing done in Longmont.

The 5 stars is for Maxine! What a wonderful lady. Every time I go into staples I get amazing customer service from her. I go there a couple of times a month for work. Every time I buy paper she refuses to let me carry the big boxes out to my car. She always takes care of me. The manager there is very pleasant also. He's actually the one who carried my box out yesterday and I love Staples rewards!!

So this must just be the best Staple's I've ever been to. All the staff there is respectful and courteous. There is an assistant manager there that is just amazing. Although she misgenders me all the time she is always eager to help anyone who walks in the door. I believe her name is Denette. If she can't help you she knows exactly who to introduce you to. She does seen to know her store very well And I always see her working on something. I give this store 5 stars and would recommend this store over their competition any day. Definably LGBTQ+ friendly.

Very sweet and helpful woman that works in the copy and print center her name is Bashia. They need to give this woman a raise she works very hard in making sure the customer is happy with whatever there order is.

Very friendly staff and super helpful with my work prints

I use this store all the time for blueprints, large document printing and kids project poster stuff. Prices are fair and they have always had my prints done on time. Excellent customer service from the print shop and knowledgeable staff in store.

Thank you for the excellent and polite customer service. I wanted a document scanned and sent to my address. I fully expected to pay and was very pleasantly surprised when I was told there was no cost.

I appreciate the favor and Staples will be my first choice for office supply products in the future.

Staples on Ken Pratt in Longmont, Colorado is a very nice storefront with great customer service. Recently we rode our bicycles there to "test" out the office chairs. They were very helpful even though we could not pick up there and had to order from their warehouse since we could not carry a chair on our bicycle. They have a good selection of office equipment and supplies.

Every time Ive had to make copies or print things their staff has always been extremely helpful with me. I could agree that theyre not always coming up to you asking if you are in need of any assistance but if you need anything walking up to an employee works pretty good they immediately stop what theyre doing and help you with your needs. Its a good friendly staff.

So, I just left the Longmont store — today I must’ve had my mind on a lot of stuff. Like an airhead, I left my phone at checkout. The employee, Ryan, who was already wonderful when I checked out, came running down the sidewalk after me with my phone! Above and beyond. THANK YOU!

It's a great selection of various office supplies. We were in there to look for an office chair and they had a really nice selection.

Trent helped us. He was very helpful and patient as we tried every single office chair to find the right one.
