I usually go to home Depot just because of the proximity so this was the first time I was in the Lowe's at Longmont longer than 5 minutes. it was right before close, and every time I've been at home Depot right before closer shoving you out the door. everyone from the people stocking to the checkout clerks especially the checkout clerk who even help me make sure I hit my budget cuz I had to do a dash and run and they had really good deals going on lol! Bonus, if you do go here the girl that runs the haunted house in Erie works here was excellent as well and very friendly! Thanks guys for a great shopping experience I'll be back for sure home Depot I'm done!

I had a great experience at this store two days in a row. Several associates helped me buy a grill and they were all so helpful. Shel at checkout gave me a truck kit for my son, and he loved it so much he slept with it! I came back today for an online pickup order and it was so easy and convenient!

It was nice and quiet and while it took a minute to find a person in the appliance section, the person who did help us was very knowledgeable and patient. They answered all our questions and engaged with us in conversation that helped us make an informed decision on a new washer dryer set.

Phil in lumber was absolutely amazing! He saw me wondering around aimlessly and asked if I needed help. He was kind enough to let me show him the Pinterest ideas I was trying to implement and make knowledgeable suggestions. He not only got me set up with the lumber I needed (and cut it for me), he took me ALL OVER the store to help me get the hardware I needed. He didn’t just point to the aisle, he took me to everything I needed! I made the comment that “you must get your exercise around this place”. He stopped and showed me his steps for the day...22,000!!! I know he must have been tired but that didn’t stop him from taking me under his wing, showing me everything I needed for my project, and patiently answering all my dumb questions. I can’t thank him enough. Everyone though, was super helpful. Everywhere I turned someone was asking if I needed something. It seems as if they have a great team at that store. I recently finished my project and I’m thrilled with the results. Thank you to everyone there and a special shoutout to Phil.

I like it better than Home Depot. This type of store is pretty much the same wherever you go, but I just prefer Lowe's.

Always a good experience here. People are friendly. I always find what I need quickly. Close to my house. They offer a nice veterans discount if you register yourself on the app.

Joey Belloso helped us with a refrigerator and was great at getting us scheduled for delivery earlier than what the online app was giving us. We bought a fridge that had an offer of a free ice maker, but that was not delivered. When I emailed Joey and let him know the issue, he immediately resolved the problem by setting aside an ice maker at the store for me to pick up - no hassle. It is usually more telling of the quality of a salesperson when something goes wrong and how they resolve it vs when everything goes smoothly. Thank you, Joey, for simply making it happen.

Took forever to answer the phone, but when the manager of the store answered the phone, and then texted me information on her cell phone they won my business. I appreciate that trust and honesty and personalized assistance

Has tons of great products here and is always stocked. Lumber is better here bit a bit more pricey. Bought slates of brick paneling here to complete a wall in my house. Turned out great. Also bought the new fan here.

Had an excellent experience with the assistant store manager Steve Frezza, who was so helpful with our sliding glass door purchase after the department head (for doors and windows) had gone for the day. The regular salespeople we asked for help from ran the gamut of “I’ll get someone to help you” but disappeared, to “I’ll try to help you”, but weren’t able to.
Steve stopped what he was doing when we stopped by customer service and escorted us back to the department, made the sale seamlessly and scheduled the delivery. All with a smile. I’m so grateful and hope Lowe’s appreciates him.

Wonderful experience! Had a really bad time at Home Depot and decided to give Lowe’s a chance. Not only did people look happy to be at work but everyone was super helpful as well. I asked Jesse for help and he was awesome! Even though flooring wasn’t his department, he still went out of his way to walk me to find what I needed. He really deserves something special because I am shopping here from now on.

I'm there a lot because it's close and I'm pretty much redoing my entire house by myself. The plants sales are fantastic and the prices for several things are better here than the other stores (fixit and building products, area rugs, flooring, steam cleaner rental, etc).
The website doesn't always match the store's true inventory, so it's best to check with an actual human before committing. My personal experience here has been great with super helpful employees (thanks Brady). And if an item is out of stock here, someone can usually look and see if it's at another location, and when it'll be back in stock here. So far, so good.

Ordered a refrigerator and got it delivered in 24 hours. Not bad.

I get most of my building stuff from Lowes instead of Homedepot.

Rewa in the paint department was SO helpful and walked us through the supplies we’d need for furniture painting. I felt immediately more welcomed here than at Home Depot, which sometimes doesn’t feel like a female-friendly place.

Regular customer, staff is helpful and knowledgeable and appreciate the veterans discount.
