YaKira in the women's shoe department was absolutely amazing. She found the shoes I needed, and had them shipped to me. I noticed I was charged wrong, and she immediately took action to resolve the issue. If you happen to take a trip to this Dillards and need shoes, I highly recommend asking for YaKira. She was FABULOUS!!!

Best department store hands down. Top Tier men’s and ladies fragrance departments versus ANY other retailer out there. The fragrance vendors here are extremely knowledgeable, professional and are experts in customer service. The new Jimmy Choo lines are exquisite and classy. Highly recommended.

This was the 1st time in Dillard's in many years. It felt good being back and trying on clothes. The service was amazing. Hats off to Ms. Julie! She gave great customer support. I came home with several new outfits.

Good selection and the only mall store with a Big and Tall section. I order online from Dillard's also. I bought Levi's Daniel Cremieux and Carribean shirts by Dillard's. I bought Polo shirts and socks also over the last few weeks.

Brahmin, Free People and Sugar Lips Dillard's is my go-to place for these brands. The store associates are very nice and helpful

I love this Dillard's!!!!! I love that it accommodates me and has three family restrooms with parent-child toilets. The parent toilet is elevated off of the ground and the child toilet adorably sits down on the ground next to the parent toilet. This is great because like Elsa, I have powers that I can't control. They accommodate my ice powers and I like that they help me out. They help me with issues and ailments I face. I also love the layout. These are the only three bathrooms I will be using in the entire mall. I mean that 💕💕 I wish all Dillard's stores had three floors.

As a Tampa native, Dillard's has always been one of my top go-to places, a matter of fact lately the sales have been phenomenal! Such a broad offering of stylish brands, styles, truly authentic unique gifts, for the holidays or any occasion! Happy holidays thank you dillard's!

Dillard's was having a huge shoe sale and the department was very chaotic; however, the lady who helped me was so delightful and helpful. I really appreciate her effort and cheerful way of providing personal service.

Great selection of clothes and they have some great clearance and sales going on. Found what we needed and a little more. The store is clean and well maintained. We like coming to this Dillard's in this mall for that reason alone.

Great prices at this "outlet" store. If course, they don't always have all the sizes and the inventory is ever changing. Go frequently for good deals.

Customer service was great! I came here to shop for my wedding shoes and the two girls in the womens shoe department helped me decide what shoes to get based on my wedding dress picture and helped me order in my correct. They were sweet, helpful and gave suggestions! Can't wait for my shoes to arrive. Will update when I receive them

Great smelling store. Great atmosphere and temperature. Placement of clothing is superb. Ambiance makes me want to spend money. Knowledgeable staff that knows all the latest trends and what the celebrities wear.
