Nice store for the younger crowd, my daughter loves it. Bigger store than I've seen, could be because it's in the international mall in Tampa. Clean and friendly staff.

Love the store, mostly shop home goods online. Trendy store geared toward younger shoppers, high school to 30, more edgy than American Eagle or Hollister, more like Tilly's but with more. They have a large selection of non clothing items, in skin and hair care. nails. candles, aromatherapy, gift items, etc. My daughter found her skin cream there and said it is cheaper than at Ulta. They have some home decor goods in store, but a huge selection on line. Always check it out when I go to International Plaza.

No one else had the sandals I wanted and the urban outfitters in Tampa did so we made a trip over there and I loved all they items definitely going back for more!!!

This is my daughter's favorite go to store, whenever she needs a special, new outfit, accessories she even found her favorite amethyst gemstone slice there not to mention a great selection of very unique gifts! They often offer great discounts, seem to always have multiple sale racks. On our most recent visit she'd lost her receipt needing to exchange something however since she'd downloaded their app the very friendly helpful employee at the counter asked if she had downloaded the app, that she could retrieve her receipt that way even though she'd paid in cash and was able to pull up the receipt making it unnecessary to forfeit 20% of the original price as they were then on sale. I have seen people comment about unhelpful employees but we've honestly just never experienced that at the International Plaza they were actually cheerful, very helpful and the employee who helped us in the fitting room actually asked what the outfit was for and an endearing conversation followed. We've never had a less than pleasant experience, have never left without finding what we were looking for and then some!:)

I had to return a record player I bought for my daughter and they even let us test another there in the store. Excellent staff!

Just a casual walk threw the mall and wanted to peek into the store. Yes kind of high price for my taste but found some reptar boxers and bought them. They are so comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at Urban! The staff was so nice and helpful, especially a cashier named Sophia. Clothes are phenomenal and very chic!

Finding the store was a little tricky. It's not located in the mall itself but in the plaza located right outside the mall exit doors once you pass the food court. I visited the store to return an item I purchased online. It took longer to find the place than to complete my return. The service was stellar.

Love this place! Frendily staff, clean fitting rooms, clean store all around really, never walked in amd saw items threw out the store on the floor or anything!

Love this store. Great street wear fashion pieces. Pretty expensive but you definitely pay for the quality.
