Forever 21

HUGE store. Not as much selection though as I remember back in the day. Came in with my kiddo but couldn't really find anything to suit her style.

Tons of clearance in the back of the store but wasn't very organized and kinda sloppily put together.

Kids and men's section in this location.
Lots of shoes and bags.
Photo booth inside.

They have a lot of cute clothes but didn't make a purchase.

Rosa is amazing! The best customer service! She assisted me and her attentiveness is beyond fantastic!

Joey is outstanding! I wanted a pair of pants that were on a mannequin. He said “I can help you with that”! I left smiling and he’s great with customers.

The staff is amazing and very nice.

Okay so here's the deal.
We all need to unite together as a people and address the issue of t-shirt length and its unprecedented growth.
Have the mid-sections of humans elongated over the past 20 years? These shirts sure seem to indicate this trend. I don't know how the illuminati are involved, but I'm gonna get to the bottom of this. They must be stopped

My favorite store ever. I know I know I am far from 21, but they have the best inexpensive party dresses. The regular sized section has more junior sized clothing. But there is a plus sized section that goes from 1x-3x. The 1x fits about a size 14 but a little large running a 3x is about a size 18/20. The prices are the best the most expensive regularly priced dresses are usually $28. Lots of really memorable party dresses I own come from Forever 21. I will admit that lots of them are poorly made, but usually on the worst made dresses I at least get 3 -5 wears and I spent less than $20, so I feel its my money's worth. If you really want something from the store not to fall apart, you can delicately wash it or take it to a really good cleaners. They also have bathing suits. Living in Florida its a blessing. The plus sized bathing suits are ultra flattering unlike some at some stores that do not specialize in plus sizes. The best part is the price, most are under $30. At most stores a flattering plus sized bathing suit will cost you over $100. All the bathing suits that I have purchased are well constructed and none have fallen apart like some other things I buy at Forever 21. I love the fragrances at Forever 21 they are a good price and smell good. I am not a fan of the shoes my feet hurt just thinking about wearing those tight cheap shoes and I avoid the costume jewelry unless I want something for a look for one night and do not intend to wear it long or wear it again. The people working there are the nicest and always help me find gems that I am looking for or that will look good on me. I love Forever 21.

Victor was amazing, I mentioned the store being for the very tiny people and he led me to the whole section for xl and up. I told him what I was looking for and he went around to help me find it. Had a great customer service experience:)

Great. My Grandchildren are overjoyed with their presents. Such lovely clothes and so reasonably priced. Spolit for choice.

I always come in for last min shopping for any occasion and always come out with so much more. Employees are so helpful and willing to go above and beyond your shopping needs.

I was only here with friends and not for my shopping needs. But the store is well lit with plenty of choices and the staff was friendly.
