I work at the mall on the opposite side and I make it a point to come by whenever I can , daily. This store is always neat and presentable. The staff is outstanding. They always welcome me and other customers. guests. They are very helpful. I just find this store very welcoming, Everything about it. When its busy , without hesitation there is always someone to open a register. I love this store.

I just ran in to get my first suit for my professional sales class. Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve gone into the mall and has such great customer service in person. Alyssa was quick, kind, professional, and helped me find the perfect fitting/looking suit. Honestly made my day and will def be coming back to see her in the future.

Shout out to Jaried Santiago manager nor sure if thats the correct name but he was very helpful and the store to be full it was very neat and organize..

Every time that I buy at Express. Every piece fits perfect. And the materials are very comfortable

I asked a dumb question about a jacket I have been obsessed with for months... they only had an XL on clearance for $40 dropped from $150. The lovely lady, I can't remember her name, went online, found my size at the clearance price, with the additional 50% and free shipping to my house within 3 days! She made my month!

AMAZINGGGG!!! where do I even begin?! so just to let you know this International mall itself its my FAV compared to Countryside or Citrus Park and one of the many reasons would be this store in particular. After having mediocre to horrible experiences at both stores I'd much rather drive an extra 20 mins to come here. These associates are so friendly and helpful. Also made me feel very welcomed and appreciated as a customer shopping here! Come here & you won't be disappointed at all!

They always have a great sale, great check out service. Managers could be nicer and genuine.
