I had such an amazing experience in BR today! The customer service was outstanding and I was called by name multiple times. The two sweet girls I worked with helped me pick out outfits and were just fun and honest in sharing the way things looked. Thank you to the BR staff for bringing back customer service, which I thought was a thing of the past!!

Our Sales Associate "M" was remarkable. I thought she went to a Fashion Institute because of her wealth of knowledge and expertise. She was very helpful and after quite a while of fittings, she was just as joyful. I loved her opinions and helpfulness. I will be back.

This is some of the best customer service i’ve received at a high end store. The stylist Girlanda (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was so helpful with finding me an outfit for my graduate school interview and kept bringing me tons of options and was very sweet overall. This was my first time at Banana and i’ll be sure to come back.

The customer service is great here. I came at almost closing hour to make some exchanges. I did not know my size or type of dress shirt I wanted, the manager went out of her to help me to get my fit. Got everything I wanted! Oh yea her name is Steph, great manager!

Places great! The service is awesome and we were able to see some things that we liked. Well we were not able to find the sizes we needed, we are going to look at another location and maybe even look online to find some products. The overall appearance of the store was neat and tidy and the placement of everything was convenient and easy to find. The lighting was awesome and the staff was very friendly. We will come by again sometime

Your team, SaeMi, Anthony, Megan and Christine (specifically SaeMi) provided exceptional customer service to me today. Unfortunately, I had what could have been a nightmare exchange and SaeMi went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues, showing concern and understanding. She is knowledgeable and patient. She is a Rockstar and the entire team really played a part in a great experience. The team assisted and checked in on me throughout my visit, and were very professional and charming. Thank you all so much!

I went to Banana Republic today and didn’t think I was going to get anything I had Stephanie help me and my mom get a couple outfits and she was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and I got very cute outfits and I’m very satisfied definitely have to go see Stephanie again
