Stopped by here to buy here to check out their products…specifically whey protein. Customer service rep Michael helped me out. He educated me on the different options and recommended one based on my needs. Great job Michael! Store manager yanzely also came out to check on my needs and greeted me in a very friendly manner.
Pricing here is fair and reasonable but offer the best deals for buying in bulk like buy 1 get 1 50% off for example. This gnc had a laid back welcoming atmosphere! Everything was clean and sparkly and very well organized and easy to find!
Overall, gnc offers a huge variety of products and deals. Thank you gnc for making my experience a positive one! Thanks you Michael and yanzely for making feel comfy in there! Please keep up the good work! You’ve earned a lifelong loyal customer 😁

Nice to know some decent products could compete with internet ordered supps of similar quality for competitive prices. I enjoy going to GNC because I like to look in person.

Unfortunately this is the closest location and the only corporate store (franchise stores don't always honor sales on specific brands) in the area as far as i know since the westshore mall location closed. The employees there were nice, as are MOST of the ones here and other GNC locations. However, there's one person here who i believe happens to be the manager. Brianna. She seems a bit uptight & the least friendly of everyone and seems to be irritated whenever I see her. Did a return today on an unused large 45 oz blender bottle since the lid was a bit of a pain to open when empty. Didn't feel like dealing with that when full of liquids. I don't have this issue with my other blender bottles. She says "that's the first time someone has ever had that complaint "in a smart tone. Well theres a first for everything, isn't there? Doesn't even seem to wanna interact with any customers either. Well, you're at the wrong job if you're bothered by helping people!

I went in looking for a better alternative to sweets, with out hesitation the guy behind the counter fast talks me into some protein ice-cream. He tells me its on sale so i purchase it. I believe (for some reason) in stores like this to wanting to help customers and give good advice to people without proper knowledge. It turned out that the product had expired, and was disgusting. I know i was naive, but we shouldn't have to have our guards up when purchasing products from here. Anyways his crook salesman tactics saw me coming, just a heads up to be careful!

Just went in to grab a bar or a drink. Older man working the store gave me attitude while I asked him pricing on one drink and one bar since they didn't list the pricing. I wanted to buy the bar and he explained me the sale they were having, but I declined and he went on saying I was hurting his average dollar and his sales....He then took a phone call while I was wanting to check out and did not proceed to ring me up, but struggle to talk to someone on the phone. I ended up walking out without a purchase as he would not sell to me. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life and I have been in retail management for several years. Avoid at all costs, better places around town that will give you the service you need.
