We had the best experience at this Hibbett Sports. We stopped in to pick up a pair of shoes for my daughter that we had on hold and BEVERLY (Our Customer Associate) was so helpful that we ended up getting 3 pair of shoes while we were there, my daughters, a pair for my husband and I was able to order my size in a shoe I had been searching for but couldn't find anywhere else. Seriously though we had the best experience and Beverly was Amazing.

Miss Beverly is the most outstanding manager I have ever have to deal with, she is very respectful. Her customer service is superb. I strongly believe that the Shelbyville Hibbetts store is the best. Miss Beverly is fabulous. The store is immaculate. ❤

My family loves our local Hibbett store. We shop there regularly. They’re friendly and willing to help. For example, today December 10th we went in for gifts. As we were checking out Beverly said all kids get to pick an ornament off of the Christmas tree! Thanks!

Beverly the GM is amazing. My husband and I have bought probably over 10 pairs of shoes or more from this Hibetts and we won't go to any of them but this one. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Making sure they are treated with the best customer service and upmost respect. Her store is always clean and inviting. Her staff are on point as well and she knows her products. So if you have questions or need help always ask for her.

I had the best customer service experience today from a real nice young man named Gage. He helped me look at several different pairs of shoes knowing, that I was unlikely to purchase anything today. I was shocked to learn that he doesn’t even work on commission. You can rarely get good customer service when you’re paying for it, let alone when you’re not these days. I was highly impressed. I will be back! And, I will recommend y’all to anyone.

This store has the best customer service around. Every time my son and I stop in the employees are always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. When the Mgr is in the store he always comes over to say hi and thanks us for our business. Great inventory as well. Love this place

Quick shipping, excellent product - the shoes were too big--- but returning to a store was a breeze!

Staff is always very helpful. For a small town with a very limited selection for athletic gear Hibbetts in Shelbyville does a great job staying in stock when Sports Seasons come around it's hard to supply basically a whole town but they do a great job.

Frequently in this place physically or online, never have an issue in either case along with helpful staff!
