My wife comes all time there old women works there she helps my wife all time didn't catch her name but she real nice she remembers my wife

Of the Shoe Show stores I’ve been to this one was a bit disorganized but the staff were still helpful and the selection was decent.

Had a lot just sitting around on the floor and didn’t see any staff until had been in store for a while and then they wasn’t to nice

The store only had one sports shoe in my size. That looked semi descent. The last pair of shoes was scuffed when I ask for some sort of discount the lady said we would but our area manager isn't here everyday. They had a sale of buy one get one half off and so I got two pairs of shoes and my daughter got one and my husband got one. My two shoes and my daughter shoe was the buy one get the other half off ( I wasn't even planning to get her shoes but got her last min sandals because the summer is about to hit)... I went to the register and the sales associate gave me half off her little shoe $6... What the... I said it should count for the person that go two pairs of shoes!? NOT the kids sandels and she only got one pair! The acociate (manager) said he couldn't do anything so I got my money back and had to do two transactions

Don't have my size😣

Went to return a pair of shoes I paid for with cash. Upon returning them, I was told they have no cash and it needs to go on a card. Would be fine if we were avid card users. My question is how does a store not have any cash? If someone comes in to pay with cash, what do you do? Not a good way to run a business and makes no dang sense.
