My recent visit to GameStop was a smooth experience, largely thanks to the helpful manager. When trading in my Xbox Series X, the process was handled efficiently and professionally, demonstrating their commitment to excellent customer service.

We bought some used games & traded some in.We love game stop.

They still. Can't beat Amazon prices;
No matter how many yellow tags they pump out. GameStop employees are cool except just one dude about5;yrs it's all good. Bring your prices down GameStop

i don't know if he is there anymore but the manager Patrick was amazing every time i came in here he was always very kind conversates likes to talk to customers very professional, store was always put together and clean.

I have to give it to the employees at this location. They are nice and helpful every single time.

They always seem to have decent stock on hand. The store is clean and well organized.

I looove the 2 guys that work in here!! Every time my husband and I come here they make us laugh etc.. I like their sense of humor they make shopping there fun, always have answers to our questions we love coming here so glad their still there great job guys thanks! :)

Alright guys look... 5 stars because y'all are helpful, but I have an issue with GameStop that transcends every single location... If you ask a simple question, you will get a whole spiel about stuff you don't care about and didn't ask about. Every employee of every store I've been to has gone off on a tangent about something else, only vaguely related to the original question I'd asked.

For example, I asked about which power supply I needed for the 360 slim, and I learned the entire history of power supplies for every single model of the 360 ever released and the pros and cons of each without getting a direct answer to the original question...

Work on it guys. Answer questions directly, don't agitate your customers with useless information that they didn't ask about.

LOVE this store. Staff are all EXTREMELY helpful and the selection is really good, as well. Best place for gaming needs I've found in Shelbyville.

Stopped for a last min game gift and ended up with 3. Great prices and selection when you need it most

Customer service people are very knowledgeable about any question I asked, and offered very helpful information on saving a extra penny. They have most everything in stock as well.

I absolutely love this branch of gamestop! I went in with a very difficult set of circumstances and Fredrick went above and beyond helping me find exactly what i needed for a great price! Best Gamestop ive ever been too! Thanks again guys!
