Lowe's Home Improvement

Purchased a home in Shelbyville a few months ago and have had to visit this store several times. Every trip I have experienced excellent customer service from being greeted as I walk in to someone helping with advice on our projects. The store seems to always be well stocked and clean and have exactly what I need which seems to be rare at other home improvement stores anymore. Awesome job to all employees at this location!!

Great place to find things for home improvement. Bought a couple of doorknobs to replace and the people there were very helpful in helping me locate what I needed to purchase. The restrooms were clean. The checkout was speedy and quick.

I love Lowe's. They almost always have what I need for a project, if not it can be ordered. The employees in the plumbing department are very knowledgeable. They have helped me so many times figure out everything we have needed to do plumbing repairs. They all ask if you need help as soon as they see you on an aisle. Great customer service.

Jasmine, Jordan, Darian and Elmer were amazing! I had 2 large orders to pick up for 2 different customers and they worked together swiftly and loaded me up. Great team! Highly recommended!

The Shelbyville Tennessee Lowe’s is always clean and not crowded. I can find someone to help me usually pretty quickly. I love running into friends there and usually I do. I went over last night to pick up an unusual light bulb for a desk and the best employee took his time and we searched forever for this little bulb. I highly recommend the Bedford County Lowe’s.

This store has the best associates in the business! They are always willing to help and I usually need their guidance. Good job folks!

We always find what we go in looking for. Employees are helpful & always offer assistance and help. Things are always well organized and clean. Never had to wait a ling time to check out. The pain department is great! Love getting pain from here. Great color options and paint quality options as well. Love finding good deals during their black Friday

I didn't buy anything but Richard Howell, over in appliances, Shelbyville location, sure was helpful! He took his time and answered all of my questions. Great experience. I'll be back

I love this lowes!! We got help in 3 departments from extremely knowledgeable people that were so kind. I appreciate the excellent customer service more than could ever know.

Always a pleasant experience. I'm in this store about 10 times a week and someone always offers to help. Although I rarely need it, it's good to have someone near that is willing. About 50% of my purchases are internet orders for pickup. Service is great, even when the computers are difficult. I don't see that as a store problem... Clearly a a corporate issue. Prices are fair and if you pay attention, great deals can be found weekly.

Needed extra bed boards and they got me right! Friendly service and great people. P.S. Tell your employee who wears the Astros headband over his braids that Southwest Houston is proud of him...Know-I'm-talm-bot?!!!

The Lowes in Shelbyville Tennessee is the best! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Good selection of home improvement products. It is not Menards but it is the closest thing Tennessee has to it so we go here over Home Depot any day. Every thing is going up in price. There are locks on all the "expensive" stuff like electrolical wire and electronics.

Always a pleasure at my local store! But man did we mix a LOT of concrete 🤔😁

Ms. Kimberly and Mr. Jamison in appliances are both awesome.
Kimberly went out of her way to make us even more loyal customers and Jameson is very knowledgeable and helped us to choose our appliances.

Very friendly staff great prices

Excellent customer service! We bought a Kohler toilet and when we got ready to install it we were missing a part. We went back to the store and Tony from the plumbing dept opened another box and gave us the part we needed. No questions asked and he was happy to help.

The employee that helped me was very nice. I bought 2 packs of rubber washers for the bathroom sink. I left happy with my purchase.
Update: The bathroom sink repair went well. It doesn't drip!!
