Thank God for Mr. Andrew!!! We were having issues with finding the right size adapters for our Pfizer kitchen faucet. 3 different visits to the store, 3 consecutive days of trying to find the right parts, 3 days with
no water, & too many hours to count...Andrew came to the rescue!!! Employee of the month is the very LEAST he deserves. Thanks again for all your help, Andrew!!!

We just bought a new refrigerator. The price was very good, and the service was excellent. It was delivered on time, as promised. So far.....it works great, and we are enjoying the larger size of this unit.

What can I say, everything you need under one roof for all your home repairs and improvements. Staff is always helpful, store is clean and bathrooms. Keep up the great work.

It's open early in the morning and has done well with signs and postings regarding social distancing. I've had great success with the plants I've purchased there and staff is helpful.

Love this store. My husband and myselfblove shopping there. I have a Lowes card and he has one too.

Fast convenient great deal pickup works great they put it on my truck got me out of there to enjoy the rest of my Saturday

Went to look at washing machines.
Was told what brands are recommended and which are not. Most helpful knowledge from James. Actually had the washer in stock and he helped me load into my truck.
Overall in store just over an hour comparing several brands ,. selection and loaded

If you are looking for appliances, find Lee. We are building our dream home and he took the time to walk my husband through everything, price wise, and which brand was the best fit. We went back a week later, he still remembered my husband and what they talked about. He walked us back through everything to get the best price possible and even took the time to break everything down for both of us, to make sure it was all correct. Needless to say, we left with a range, a fridge, dishwasher, and a microwave. He truly was the sweetest and such a knowledgeable employee. Thank you so much!

Normally when at Lowes, the employees do not offer to assist, however; I was shopping for a new front door handle set and a real nice gentleman named Wallace asked if I needed assistance. Wallace helped me select the correct door handle set as the one I was going to buy was not durable enough. He explained the difference and why I needed the most durable set. Wallace was a delight and exceptional customer service.

My 5 star review isn't for Lowe's even though this Lowe's is just fine I go often as it's by my house. My 5 star review is for an employee here named Wallace. I saw him helping his co-workers set up a display and her looks friendly so I asked him to help me locate something and he took me right to it and helped me pick the right item. We chatted for a bit and he was just so friendly I wanted to just hang out and chat with him but I obviously have a project waiting at home so I thought I'd leave this review. Whoever at Lowe's corporate reads these, give Wallace a promotion and a raise. He certainly deserves it.

I needed to do some home repairs. So I went to LOWES. I found everything that I needed in order to complete my work.

Like to give our local Lowe's my business.

This is specifically for James and Corey ( I believe Managers)...they stopped everything they were doing and asked if I needed help loading 4 big trees as they saw I had my hands full with my toddler. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and did so with such a joyous attitude!!! Lowes is lucky to have these 2 gentlemen working for them!!! Thank you so much for the help!!:)

Cassandra gets 5 stars. SHE IS A ROCK STAR. The other lady gets 0 stars. I called up and made sure the Ring 3 doorbell was in stock before I came, they wouldn’t hold it but they said they had 5 and I would be there in a couple of hours. When I got there I asked about the item and one of the employees had a quick look for it in the locked area up front, she said it wasn’t in stock. I said I called up and they said it was and it said there were 4 in stock on the app, she looked at me like I was an alien and said the numbers online are always way off and they don’t have it. I asked her to look again. She begrudgingly waddled over, had a super quick look and said it wasn’t there, with zero care factor and a bad attitude. I’d driven too far to give up that easily so I went to the customer service and that’s where I found Cassandra! Another guy was helping but she took over, said that we’d get it sorted out in a kind voice with a smile and great attitude. She actually cared and looked in the boxes in the locked area that hadn’t been unpacked. Sure enough, there they were! It took her less than 2 minutes to find them. Thank you Cassandra, you are awesome and every employee should care the way you do, you deserve a raise
