Love this store. The ladies are so nice and the store is always so clean and organized!

Very clean, neat, clothes not crowded together, personal with beautiful personality. Few things for smaller people but that saves me money. My so enjoyed buying me some things. You go Cato.

The staff is always friendly and helpful to everyone and the store's organized and clean I have fun looking thru both sections(regular and plus size) to see the latest trends There's always clearance and sale items Cute accessories are found here too: shoes, belts, jewelery, etc.

So I take in 4 blouses I had ordered online, 2 of which I wanted to change sizes, 2 of which I did not want at all. Electra met me at the door and cheerfully offered assistance. From there, she processed this return and did so in such a cheerful, proffessional way, I almost felt like royalty. I never expected that kind of genuine and sincere customer service...not anywhere but Electra was a rock star in my opinion this day. I will continue shopping at this location as long as I get treated like this. Such a breath of fresh air.
