Went to get an upgrade on a Monday. Figured the store wouldn’t be super busy. Boy was I wrong! Got my name on the list and the wait was long. However, it was evident that they were providing great customer service and not just trying to rush them out the door. That says more about the quality of service to me than anything. People forget that what they’re usually helping people with are either upgrades (which can take a decent amount of time) or more complicated issues. Yes, if you have a bill to pay and nothing else, it might be frustrating to have to wait, but most people aren’t going in store for that. The manager (I think his name was Nick) was also great about greeting people and getting them on the list right away and letting them know about the wait. If they didn’t want to wait, he would offer them alternative ways to get faster service.

When it was my turn, Sequoia was very efficient and helpful. She was also friendly and knowledgeable.

OMG, My poor broken phone screen, the lower 1/3 was just totally turned into a floodlight, you couldn't see anything. I feel bad, I cannot remember her name, but her name tag said store manager helped me transfer everything from my horribly broken phone to the replacement I received from having the warranty/insurance. They were SO busy last night, she was getting pulled in every direction, kinda all employees were, and she just killed it. The patience and skill she had to help me transfer everything to my new phone was AWESOME!!! I know she mentioned she has been with T-Mobile for 13 years, HUGE PROPS TO HER!!!!! SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!!(I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!!!!)

My iPhone had some type of software malfunction and basically died on me today. Tunde was incredibly helpful and gave great customer service. So thankful I chose to go to this location! I will definitely be returning here in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding service. Sierra helped us with our phone and endured two hours of us downloading information from our old phones. She was amazing to work with, never once looking impatient with us two fools as we tried to figure out our phones. Simply great service, employees were quick to say they'd be helping soon (we waited maybe 10 minutes) and Sierra was especially notable for her knowledge and kindness. Thank you!

Went in today to buy a new phone (it’s been a long time coming!) and had the pleasure of working with Chad. He was patient, kind and a lot of fun to work with! He made the whole long, mostly painful experience of getting a new phone an absolute joy. He not only made me feel welcomed and having a good time, but would step away continuously to welcome other customers when they came in. His energy and personality are second to none. Highly recommend this location because of him.

I went to the Highland store to replace my old tablet. Amanda was amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional and patient. My old tablet was on its last breath, but she managed to retrieve the information I needed before it gave out completely. This took time and patience. Her explanations were clear and understandable, even to someone who is definitely not tech-savvy. She is the best!

Went to the store due to my phone not making phone calls. I had been to a different store and got some wonderful help. However, the problem was not solved.

Upon walking in I was greeted by everyone in the store and due to the number of people being supported they put my name on a wait list. I did not have to wait long.

I worked with Chad V. he was welcoming and asked me what my issue was. After explaining what had already been done he went through some other trouble shooting and after about 20 minutes of true dedication and trying everything he could think of (and even more) my phone was finally able to make and receive calls!!!

I was very thankful for the support and letting me know what was happening. I would totally recommend the store and team for your support needs.

Tyler was great! I brought my mom in to get a new phone with a new number and he was kind, patient, and understanding. I have been with Tmobile for over 12 years and no plans on leaving. Bonus: he charged my phone while setting up my mom's!

Chad was very helpful when I came in today and took care of everything quickly and professionally, and was also very nice! First time having a good experience in a phone store. Ever. Really nice!

Also noticed compared to other stores, this location had plenty of employees ready to help and the wait was non-existent for everyone who came in. Another first!

Best customer service ever. Had me sold on a new watch line. Also saved my broken phone. Screen was unusable and cracked, the top quarter was visable, the bottom 3/4 was cracked and flashing white/yellow. I talked to my local tmobile associate and he said there was nothing they could do. I hit chad up and said bring it in so he could look at it. He plugged in a mouse through the USB-C and saved my all my memory, photos, videos, snapchat, texts, etc and was able to transfer over to my new phone. 10/10 would recommend, drove rush hour traffic from shoreview to highland Park just to make sure chad handled my account. 5 stars on personality, 5 stars on productivity. 10 stars for making you feel like your having a good time waiting to be helped with your inquiries

Just a heads up, this place can get REALLY busy and the wait times can be a bit high, but the service provided at this location is worth it.

I recently updated my phone and plan at this location and Amanda there was AMAZING. She was super knowledgeable about all the phones, patient, kind, caring, honest, didn't push me to get extras or sway me one way or the other in my choice, and even stayed later after her shift ended to continue to help me. She was exactly who I was hoping to work with and I am so thrilled with the experience. She really is true blue and top knotch and really made my experience memorable in a positive way. I left with my new phone, plan, and watch with no buyers remorse nor lingering concerns. Amanda was simply a delight and made the whole visit a pleasant pne.

The stellar service we received wasn't even in the store!

Everyone in the shop was nice enough, but they didn't have the phones in stock we wanted and Sam suggested we call the Sprint sales line. He became a superstar through assisting us in navigating the absolutely atrocious experience we had as Sprint customers who had to upgrade our phones to 5G via phone. He's a good fellow and knows his stuff!

Had 2 very pleasant experiences here this week! Josh was very friendly and informative on my first visit. Came back a couple days later to make a couple changes to my plan, and Damian was super kind and helpful. After I left, I received a phone call from Damian saying he took care of my account even further and I didn't need to call customer care, which just made my day and saved me so much time! I am so impressed with this staff! Thank you!!

Excellent service from Danny. Supremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. Really went the extra mile (or 5!) for me as I switched plans, got reconnected and practiced a myriad of functions until I was comfortable. Cannot praise enough; staff like Danny will draw people in and keep them loyal and referring. A stellar experience.
Great vibe in the store also.
