I had Ashton for my stylist. I went in with the idea of getting a perm. I had a lot of questions and Ashton was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the process and results. I ended up getting just a cut and color but it turned out soooo good, I've never been more in love with my hair.

Exceptional customer service.

A couple of weeks ago I told my stylist, Hali S., that I'm having a lot of breakage from heated styling tools. She recommended some products.

Yesterday she contacted me to tell me that a no-heat styling system was on sale for Black Friday.

When I came in the ladies already knew I was coming and helped me get the right item.

Everyone was helpful and attentive.

Hali S at the Ulta salon is amazing! She is so talented and very knowledgeable in answering my questions or concerns and I felt completely comfortable with her doing my hair. She did a wonderful job, and I’m so happy to have met a stylist that I can trust to do a fantastic job! Will definitely be returning to her.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly, and I can find what I need!

I encountered Danielle she is incredibly impressive! She listens and checks in to ensure my service is exceptional & my hair is always on point! I’m a blond client so it’s not always easy, but she does a great job consistently! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Ulta at Johnstown Parkway, Amanda, Daisy, Olivia, Bree and several other ladies assisted me throughout out the store with any questions or concerns I had in regards to their clean products. I have been to other Ulta's in Northern Colorado no completion in customer service. Thank you ladies for being on your A game.

Chalace at Ulta in Johnstown, CO has been a miracle worker for me. After the pandemic in which several hairdressers ruined my hair she came to my rescue. At the first meeting Chalace got my hair color spot on. Her haircuts leave my hair extremely easy to take care of. And best of all, she is able to work with head wound patients with patience and not letting the wound in my forehead affect her. I am extremely fortunate to have Chalace as my hairdresser and wonderful person!

Clean store with a great selection of products. The staff is super helpful as well!

They are always helpful and not as busy as the Greeley location so I am in and out much quicker

I encountered Danielle Armentrout by chance when I needed to book a haircut outside of 9-5 business hours. Not only is she professional and personable, her cutting and coloring skills are beyond! She is amazing at layering long hair which otherwise seems to be a lost art and she gives me the most beautiful color every time. I've been going to get for over a year now, and can't imagine going to anyone else!!

Alea is one of the BEST stylists I have ever had. So personable and never fails to impress. She listens VERY well during consults and always follows thru, BEAUTIFULLY. She gave me so much confidence!

So many things of all variety of prices. I have yet try the salón services. Staff is friendly and supportive iv been to Johnstown, Greeley, and Fort Collins location all very pleasant.

I can not rave more about the johnstown location. They are always so kind, and so helpful. A couple weeks ago I went into the store with my 1 year old (I know what was I thinking) to buy the new revlon brush blow dryer thingy. I ended up grabbing the more advanced one. Any ways when I got to check out my Ulta card was not working. It kept declining. I knew, and the employees knew there were funds available on that card. We were trying to figure it out for a while. I ended up doing a mobile order because let's be honest I need me some Ulta points and it worked. Elizabeth went above and beyond trying to help me rectify this situation. She was on the phone getting answers. She definitely deserves a raise, a promotion, and a vacation. She is absolutely lovely. As always I can not wait to go back. 😁

It was very clean. And they are very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I had a terrible headache and the hair stylist was very kind and listened to exactly what I needed. She did everything quickly and efficiently.
And since I was already in the store I needed to buy an eyebrow pencil and I asked one of the people in the store not having any idea of the name and simply described it and she was able to point me to not only the correct eyebrow pencil but also the one that would fit me the best and I really appreciated it because I got all the things I needed to get done very quickly. I highly recommend going here!

I walked in this morning in a panic because I was on my way to work with a zit emergency. I had no makeup. I walked in and I wish I knew her name, but she helped me cover up my face and pick a product for my needs. I am so thankful she was there to help me this morning!! I just wanted to tell her thank you again for showing me that kindness

Super helpful staff! Worked with me to find the right shade tinted moisturizer and one that was super lightweight like I wanted.

My experience last night was wonderful! I am a very novice makeup user and all of the staff was very helpful to get me exactly what I needed even though I could tell that they had in store tasks that needed done as well. The first girl I asked for advice from was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find another employee that had a similar skin type as I did. Sometimes I feel intimidated by experienced makeup users but I did not feel judged in the slightest. Thank you for your time!

I went into the Fort Collins store earlier in the evening to look for a moisturizer to help my incredibly dry skin, and none of the employees even looked at me, let alone offered any help, so I left without buying anything as I was on a time crunch. I was near THIS store later in the evening and decided to stop in, and I'm SO HAPPY I DID. I was greeted with a "welcome" and was offered immediate assistance. The girls asked me what I was looking for and helped me try samples and asked questions to make sure I was getting everything that I needed. They made me feel like I was the only one in the store, and I left with a great product. Love these girls, more than willing to drive the extra 20 minutes to this location for their stellar customer service.

Callie never does me wrong when i go get my eyebrows done ! She is nice and does her job very well ! My sister and I love going to you ! Thank you for making our brows look the way they do!

Initially didn't have the best experience in the salon. They were soo great about helping me and correcting the issue! I now found the salon I will go to in the future. Thank you, Ulta! Especially Danielle. I'm a happy momma with pretty hair!
