AT&T Store

River was the best! I absolutely enjoyed working with him. He's down to earth and did not try and harsh sales. I loved our conversations. Give that man a raise!

As we know it’s not always fun going into phone company’s but a girl named Vanessa helped me out when I visited the store and I just want to start by saying she was so professional and so kind! I wish there were more associates like her and she deserves to be acknowledged by her company! Thank you for all your help Vanessa!

Recently my wife and step daughter and i went to the AT&T Store in Johnstown to add them to my account and purchase 2 new phones. It was done very professionally , efficiently and although we had many questions, we experienced great customer service. Thank you!!

If there was ever a time that I needed a new phone it was today at 7:50 pm and this store closes @ 8, Vanessa you are a life saver and thank you so much! She got me in with 10 minutes to spare and even with their limited stock of phones found one that I know I will love. I would give that girl a raise and keep her on the payroll. Extremely knowledgeable on all the new devices and I hit recommend this location and the staff! Extremely happy customer!

I have needed a new phone for about 6 months- I have never really enjoyed going into a phone store- well that changed on Monday when my husband and I went into the AT&T store at 25/34!
We were greeted by J and from the moment we sat down she was amazing! Great customer service, she knows her products very well! Wonderful conversation while the phone was down loading! Seriously it was a great experience from beginning to end!! My new phone works great!!

Tristan Pope was beyond outstanding and helpful. She was very product knowledgeable and knew her promotions. I had a couple of challenges of which she knew how to handle and take care of. She is a huge asset and why I continue to stay with AT&T. Customer service is huge in my world. I give it to my customers and it’s extremely gratifying when it’s given. Truly a rarity in these times. Jay was an absolute professional and so friendly. He went the extra mile for us and made sure we understood everything. We switched from 20 years of using androids to iphones so we had a lot of questions and he was so patient with us. It’s really refreshing to have such wonderful customer service. We run a business and would love to have an employee like Jay.

Our rep, Tristan, was very knowledgeable. We switched from Verizon/sprint. She made the process of switching very easy, we upgraded our phones and got unlimited everything. We also got all the accessories needed to make our lives easier and to ensure the protection of our phones. We are first time AT&T customers and so far very pleased!

I went into the AT&T store in Johnstown looking at potentially switching my service. Megan greeted me as I entered the store and asked how she could help. I explained my situation and what I was looking for and Megan did an amazing job finding the plan and phone that worked best for me and my budget. Excellent customer service and quick! Extremely satisfied with the service I recieved.

I called a few times over 2 days and every time I called, they were more than happy to help me and answer all my questions. I ended up coming here to buy my new phone. It was quick and easy. I highly suggest this location for any services you need.

Went to a differnt ATT locally to see about trading in my phone and upgrading. Sadly the person assisting me was not well enough informed to help me make a choice( not knowing anything about the note 20 vs 21 ultra and literally looking up the att web page) and no suggestions really.

I journeyed to the Johnstown one and Tristan was prompt and spent almost an hour in total with me exploring the two phones specs and which was going to produce and support my needs and wants. I definitely have a new " home store" and look forward to supporting it with future purchases and changes.

We recently upgraded a phone and the new phone could not make calls. The ladies at the store were very helpful and determined to figure out the problem - and they did! Great customer service!

We went in yesterday and purchased two new devices and opened two new lines. The representative who helped us was very attentive and helpful. He was very knowledgeable on the overall products and service. We’re very pleased.
