My girlfriend and I showed up with a disaster of a situation. A new phone with no connectivity, an account with screwed up settings, etc. We were a total mess. Jean took care of everything, got the phone connected, account fixed, and was patient with us through the whole thing.

Would definitely recommend this place. Just try to be more prepared than we were. They can handle it if you're not, but try and make it easier for them than we did haha.

Excellent service. The customer service that they provide is super great. They always give me good information and advice that help make the correct decisions. I always come here even tho I have 2 offices closer to my house. Recommended them 100%.

These two are very down to earth, professional and informed of the products and services. Daniel was obviously a more seasoned representative yet Oddami jumped right in with eagerness and prompt assistance. Christian the rep on Customer Service was a huge help also. Swift guy.
