I searched for Breakfast places near me and this place appear in the return. So I drove looking for the largest congregation of pickups.

The Spot is an unassuming from the outside and charming on the inside. The furnishings are worn but comfortable.

The service was immediate and welcoming. They have the standard breakfast options as well as their own specialties. (See photo)

I ordered bagels and lox (see photo). I have been craving it for quite awhile and was not disappointed at all. The coffee never stops flowing and no matter how busy they for someone came to check how I was doing.

The only downside was the cheesy grits which needed salt and congealed by the time I ate them. It wasn't a total loss as I was stuffed to the gills from the bagel! Ordering grits is always a dice roll, so I can't be mad.

I ate here today for the first time and it was the best breakfast I've had in a while. The food was delicious and the service was great!

The spot is an exceptional hole-in-the-wall restaurant. I invited two friends who had never been there before, and we found a cozy corner to sit down. The service was outstanding, with smiling staff members, and the food was absolutely delicious. The three-cheese omelette and Mr. V hash skillet were both ordered by my friends, and they couldn't stop raving about them. Admittedly, the decor could use some improvement, but we were primarily there for the food, which is why we chose this hidden gem. I would definitely go again.

Wow I’m so glad we found this cafe for Saturday brunch. They serve breakfast all day on Saturdays and Sundays which we were looking for. We got both stuffed French toast, Nutella and cream cheese and the Elvis peanut butter one. Both were so delicious and came with 8 pieces of French toast. We also tried their chicken and waffles which was very good. The chicken was crispy and the waffle was huge and cooked perfectly. They don’t serve alcohol here if you’re looking for a brunch mimosa but they had fresh squeezed orange juice and sweet tea. Jasmine, our server, was amazing and was so kind. She was attentive the whole time to make sure if we needed anything. We told her our names and she remembered them when we left to say goodbye. She’s a great addition to this establishment and we will come back because of her and the amazing food the cooks dished up. 5 star experience!

When you think of a diner, you think of comfort, food, friendly waitresses, and a clean environment. You get all of those here along with free parking and seafood to go along with any meal you choose. We had a salad with green fried tomatoes and a side of shrimp and fresh catch of the day fish. It was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Best overall breakfast experience I’ve ever had! Over the top home fries, a must try. All of our food was spectacular. Service was fantastic. HIGHLY recommend!!!

It was hard to choose what to eat, so many good options. Staff was very friendly. Coffee was kept full. I will be back. French toast is off the chain!

Not from the area, and decided to stop it. What a great choice this was. The food was simply delicious, and the price was a steal! The amount of food received is not small by any means. You can tell a lot of people stop by this place. It's full, but all the servers seem to help each other out, which was nice. It's definitely a place to stop by if your around and can't wait to go again

First time here. Small cafe with table or bar seats. Really great place! Yummy food, big portions, fast waitresses with very good customer service & friendly personalities. Highly recommend.

Very homey, comfortable restaurant. Everyone knows everyone. Good food, constant coffee refills, nothing better!

Stopped by for breakfast (try to always shop local). I had the Kat's on a roll and it was fantastic! If we were local, this would be a regular place to visit! If you are passing through and this is a little out of your way, it is well worth the trip adjustment. Great staff, environment, and prices.

Great place for Breakfast. The food tastes great and the staff is excellent. The only downside is the time it takes to get your food but this might have been a one off. It is worth the wait.

We went here for breakfast. Nice local spot. The food was delicious and service was fast. Staff is friendly. The place was very clean. Prices are reasonable, spent under $20 for 2 plates and 2 beverages. It is self seating - inside, at the counter, or outside. We live close by and will be going back often.

Update: I went back here for the first time in a while on a saturday in may. It wasn't terribly busy but the restaurant was dirty and the silverware was really disgusting. I noticed there were several new servers, besides 2 regular ladies that have been there for a while. We got one of the new servers. She was horrible. Never stopped by the table and asked how the food was, never refilled my drink, and told me about an upcharge she put on the tab as she threw it on the table. Really disappointed! I don't think we are coming back here for a while.

In from Ohio we decided to pull in and give it a try. The food was delicious and a good value. Server, Teegan, was stellar. Great service and lots of helpful tips regarding our first visit to St. Augustine.

I stop at the spot today. Perfect customer service all the time. I ordered The Southern Comfort with Dantil Pepper Sausage. This has to be the best breakfast in the area! I cannot imagine ordering anything else!

This was a great spot to stop and have breakfast. We had the skillet that had all meats and vegetables. It was great. I would highly recommend this place to try it out.
I wish I would have taken a picture of the food but I will next time we try this place out.

I really love this diner. Hometown feel where the waitresses remember who you are and are always in a great mood. Food is pretty darn good, occasionally needs a little salt but easier to add than take away. But I’ll always recommend this place to visitors and will take my little ones here for years to come.

If you blink, you'll miss it while driving up US1 just north of historic Saint Augustine! But you will want to turn back and try out this terrific breakfast spot. The service is casual (a bit slower than I prefer) but the food more than makes up for it. All of the food we ordered was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented and tasted delicious!
