My wife and I were very impressed with our experience we had with our sales rep Dane. He is very knowledgable, prompt, and just all round great to work with! We would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone in the market looking for a boat. The facility at backwater to blue water is also very clean and we enjoyed the full line of options they have to choose from. We immediately fell in love with one of their sportsman 232 opens and are excited to be part of the backwater to blue water family!

My husband and I bought our first boat from B2B and Dane was amazing!! We had lots of questions along the way and at every step, he was patient with us and walked us through the entire process making it super easy and low stress. After our purchase, he took us out to make sure we knew the ins and outs of launching and loading, and went over every feature on the boat. We purchased a 2024 Sportsman 231 Heritage from Tom Kinchen and are COMPLETELY SATISFIED with Tom and Backwater2Bluewater as their customer services is awesome AND they STAND BEHIND their sale. Tom is very knowledgeable and very focused on delighting customers and ensuring they get exactly what they are looking for. Tom helped us to configure our boat with the the right features and options like outriggers, battery charger and power poles perfectly. He is very knowledgeable about the details including the Garmins and SeaKeeper Ride system. We did have a problem with our SeaKeeper that could have easily ended with finger pointing between SeaKeeper and Sportsman. But Tom and Blackwater2Bluewater immediately took ownership of the problem, worked closely with SeaKeeper to have an amazing technician come to our marina and rectify the problem. Everything is working FANTASITC as it should. The boat is great and the SeaKeeper Ride is awesome. I highly recommend Tom and BlackWater2BlueWater and SeeKeeper too!!!!

Been a boat owner for 19 years owned a few boats over the years and Dane at Backwater 2 Bluewater made the transaction pretty smooth. The service after the sale is also very important and so far they have been great! Look forward to working with them in the future!

Dane was my sales rep. This is my 3rd boat I purchased from different places within the last 10 years and by far the best experience from this company from start to finish. Dane answered everyone of my phone calls without missing a beat and even drove my boat 2hrs south for me so I could have my boat for the holiday weekend. My wife and I are new to boating. Maybe I was fearful this process would be like buying a new car (usually not great), but Dane at Backwater 2 Bluewater provided such a great experience for us. He worked with us to find the perfect first boat. After the purchase he worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Dane brought us out on the boat for our first time out and offered over and over to spend as much time with us on the boat to make sure we felt comfortable. He had made that commitment to us prior to buying the boat and followed through on everything he had said. He has even offered up helping on ANY questions we may have moving forward. Any time I would call or text Dane he was extremely quick to respond. All in all Dane provided us with a really positive and memorable experience.

Family recently purchased a 2024 sportsman 247 from Backwater2Bluewater and we have been pleased with the dealers service. We have come across some minor issues with the boat in the beginning but have been taken very well care of by mark and his team, it has nothing to do with the dealership but from factory and some caulking issues they had. Mark the service advisor is nothing but exceptional with handling our service and minor issues and truly cares which is hard to find now a days. They don’t just forget about you after buying the boat as some of the other reviews have stated. A huge shout out to the service department, which in my opinion is the most important aspect of any dealer.

Great experience for a first time boat buyer. Tommy communicated well before, during, and after. The sea trial was seamless and thorough. Their detail team was meticulous in cleaning the boat to deliver it in pristine condition. Perhaps most importantly, when I discovered an issue with a seat cushion after getting the boat home, Tommy was able to start a warranty claim with just a few pictures. Easy all around.

Last year I bought a 232 open from Backwater 2 Bluewater. I read a lot of reviews about how amazing the customer service is, which is was. Now, I'm here to tell you, service has been just as amazing. We had a few items we needed fix on the boat and Dave in Service has provided top notch customer service. Our salesman, Robert, has stayed connected with us as well. We just took delivery of our 2021 232 from B2B and had a great experience. Tommy was great to work with start to finish and I was impressed with the service team as well. They noticed an issue during prep with the console door (door installed by manufacturer was too small) so they proactively had one overnighted and installed the morning I was scheduled to pick it up. Great customer service. Purchased a used center console out of their inventory, was an easy and precise buying experience. Had a mechanical issue with the boat (totally unforeseeable by the dealer) on a Sunday. Rob the salesman met me at the dock, drove with me to the dealership, unlocked everything, so I could drop the boat off. They had it fixed and back to me in less than 24 hours. Sales and service staff go above and beyond to earn and keep your business.

I just Purchased a 2017 Regal 33OBX from Backwater 2 Bluewater on June 9th 2020 and my experience could not have been better. My salesman Robert was outstanding from start to finish. I read some of the earlier reviews of this company and agin my experience could not have been the opposite. The owner of the company actually took us out for our sea trial personally. I am not an easy person to deal with and as busy as Robert was, he always was receptive and got back to me, even if it was after hours.
