Mitch was most helpful for a non authorized charge in processing on his end. In addition, Jonathan acknowledged us while assisting another member which is very nice being recognized not only as a customer but in general. Customer service is just almost obsolete these days! Wonderful experience with the Ponce De Leon Branch. Not as crowded as all the others in the area, so wait time is usually no problemo. Recently I had an issue with an unauthorized store transaction that required me to get a new card. Jonathan Smith was so kind, professional and was of great help throughout the process. I will continue to be a customer of VyStar.

I was scammed but your employee Shane help me with getting it resolved. Since then I have to come into the branch to get printout of my account several times a month. They have always been helpful and very kind. Unfortunately I am not allowed to do on line banking because of the scam. Also I can't remember the questions you ask when I phone in. I know it is a pain for your employees but they always help and are friendly. Very pleased with your service.

Everyone here is always extremely nice and very helpful. No matter what you need they are always there to help. Jalen helped my fiancé and I open a joint account and made the process quick and easy. I went into the Branch with the intention to vent my frustrations about not receiving my debit card and to notify them that I would be taking my account elsewhere.
