Very pleasant shopping experience- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Terrific sale prices on riding shirts and gloves! I was very happy with my whole experience there!

This store is awesome. If you are a rider or or your kids ride, this would be a great store to visit to get the necessary stuff. I usually shop online, but in some cases, like buying a helmet, riding pants... we have to try the fit. We've been to this store so many time, staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them understand the equestrian stuff, and can offer recommendations. Now, due to the covid, we usually just call ahead, and buy over the phone, pick it up later. Great selection on equestrian necessities.

I went in for a MIPS helmet and vest, and came out with top notch products at a very fair price. More importantly, I got expert advice and fitting from Matthew. He is completely knowledgeable on all the products and got me into the right gear. I highly recommend shopping here for his expert opinion and guidance.

I wanted to take the time to recognize one of your employees who consistently does excellent customer service every time I see her at the Store. My work schedule seems to coincide a lot with Anna’s (Chantilly, VA store, Friday evenings) and she is hands down one of the best employees you have on your staff. She is always pleasant, very knowledgeable and is fantastic with your computer system (no small feat, by the way). She always tries to find me deals and helps me with product guidance. I look forward to seeing her when I go and if there is a line, I will wait until she is free so she can ring me up and we can get caught up. The personal touches are what make a good store experience great, and Anna gives it that personal touch.

Great staff. I took my daughter in to get beginner boots, helmet and other things needed for starting out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained the equipment needed, why it was necessary and how everything should fit. Could not have asked for a better buying experience. The prices were also very reasonable. This is now my go to place for my daughters riding needs.

The customer service is always fantastic at Dover. Leslie was very accommodating and offered many helpful tips to me during my visit there yesterday. It was so nice to experience such a friendly atmosphere with a great selection of attire and horse gear.

I absolutely love Dover Saddlery, they have great customer service, sell top brands, and have knowledgeable staff. I go back to Dover after ever time I try a new tack shop. It is a wonderful place for all levels of equestrians and is immensely helpful if you are new to riding. All of their staff are thrilled to help you out if you have any questions or need any advice.
You can basically find everything you need, be it for a casual lesson or a dressage test. They also have most of your basic horse products and equipment.

We love Dover!!! As a mom who has two little equestrians, it’s a one stop shop. They are a little pricey on some items for kids but if you can make it to one of their tent sales, you’ll gladly walk out with a huge bag full of merchandise.

Great customer service! We had someone greet is when we entered and she helped us. We are novices when it comes to riding in shows. We had a list but she seemed very knowledgeable and was helpful in trying to keep us from spending too much. When she got pulled away, another girl stepped in to help us finish shopping. Highly recommend.

The manager Ann is very friendly and knowledgable about horses and the equipment needed to be successful at whichever level you are looking to compete (or pleasure ride). Dover stands behind their products and provides quick shipping if they do not have something available when you are walking in. Added bonus is that it is close to our farm!

I shop at this Dover store on a regular basis (probably too regular basis). To me, its like being a kid in a candy store. They have everything as a horse owner you could possibly want in addition to a very knowledgable and friendly staff. Their customer service goes above and beyond and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will forever be a loyal shopper of Dover Saddlery in Chantilly!!

It was amazing! All the people working there were so helpful and gave amazing advice! The place was so clean and all the products are 100%! Especially Liz in VA, she was very nice and gave amazing advice!

Nice store. Exceptional quality, but with that quality comes price. It is not cheap. But, if you own a horse my guess is that you already work so your horse can have nice things.

My 3 yr old daughter and I went in to get a riding helmet. They had a few different options even in her size. The woman working was super helpful and we were able to get exactly what we needed.
