The owner Kelly was really nice. She called me and I explained I didn’t get me foods and drinks. She was nice and explained what happened. She said she will refund my money. It was the door dash didn’t deliver it our office.

So, I went here tonight 30 mins before closing and was having an really bad allergy day. Headache, stuffy nose and didn't want to eat. Was greeted by 2 lovely ladies who were absolutely in a great mood. They honestly loved picking out my drink and what extras were needed. Claire and Naomi were their names I believe. AND...these ladies just seemed so kind and caring. They really made my night! I hope the get the recognition they deserve! Thank you!!

I honestly don’t know what all these negative reviews are about, I’ve been coming here at least once a week for a year and have had no incidences to make me want to take my wrath out because my smoothie wasn’t blended (really that’s one star? ...ask them to blend it more) or didn’t check my order and didn’t get the ‘side’ (ANY food order you ALWAYS check due to human err) or just bad customer service? I mean sure people have bad days but having been here 52+ times and not walking away angry I’d say I was pretty lucky. I usually get the same two things but the staff actually has provided a few suggestive twists on things that I’ve actually taken so again maybe I was just lucky and got the nice person who was having a good day and not being berated for a smoothie that tasted slightly off ... food for thought - if you don’t like people then order online with the app (if you don’t have a smartphone welcome to this century, it’s the same as callin in an order but you don’t have to deal with ppl...a total plus for some of these reviewers it seems).

The staff here are ALWAYS on the go. They do a great job making sure there is no cross contamination for folks with allergies. And they are always willing to customize your order.

I made a big mistake with my 3 year old and Lavonte saved the day with his amazing team. Thank you for showing love to Marine family.

I've searched far and wide for an outstandingly good Buffalo chicken wrap. Far and wide I scoured the land, and no where have I found one better than Tropical Smoothie.
