Panera Bread

Food is always, always, excellent. Other Panera a are hit or miss but not here. I almost want to take a star off for the consistently long line but today the place is empty- nice weather did it? I live across from here and it is definitely my go to place. The new healthy theme is def moving in the right direction - thanks for loving us Panera!

Everytime I go to Panera, it is excellent service.

Grabbed a quick breakfast here this morning. The food and service were great and the employees were friendly.

Really great team members! They're always friendly and whenever there is an issue with my order (not very often), they've always made it right. Got to know Tony over covid and he's the reason why we frequented this place, but stayed for the food.

Great food, all very fresh. The service is quick and polite. Can be quite packed sometimes, but there's a lot of seating.

Came here for some pastries and of course their coffee. Staff are nice and friendly as usual.

Stellar customer service. We had an issue with our food, and the manager went above and beyond to promptly make it right. It shows they truly care about their customers and the quality of the food they make. I wish all places treated their customers this well. Refreshing to see such a focus on customer care.

Enjoyed Panera's bold brewed coffee! I think it gives Sbux a run for their money!

Something happened to my online order and it didn't go through. We had a huge order and waited an hour before we went to pick it up. When our staff member arrived at Panera, we discovered they didn't even have the order! It was a pretty big deal since we had of town guests in our office waiting for lunch. The Panera management team went into action and put together a large catering meal for us, and even added some complimentary pastries. And, they did it in 20 minutes! I can't thank them enough. It was an embarrassing situation for us, and they came through. I would highly recommend South Riding Panera. They are top notch!

Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful! My order is always correct and being able to order online is a simple and smoother when going for pickup! Keep up the excellent work! Great scones and muffins

Felt like soup and salad- I probably should have asked for that- but I'm wishy-washy. Something else caught my eye...I tried the teriyaki bowl- twas good, as expected. I love that they have a computer that displays when your order is ready. It was timely and correct minus one minor thing (I believe it was the salad dressing...didn't need it anyway). Good impression all around!

My family gets lunch from the South Riding Panera 2-3 times a month and we are always very happy with the experience. Their soups are always hot and their salads and sandwiches are always quite fresh. Great service and very polite.

Excellent, you know that feeling after a heavy lunch and you just want to take a nap afterwards...after eating at Panera today I don't have that feeling, in fact, it's the polar opposite...feel like a drank too much coffee but not jittery. Had the steak sammich. I liked it a lot, and apparently it liked me back!

Panera has always been a "go to" place for people looking to take their time eating. Bring the laptop and have a coffee. Just a relaxing place to eat.

This location in South Riding is definitely on top of the game. Their staff is always courteous and helpful. The food is always hot, tastes good, and the wait is never long.

If I had a choice of where to go for lunch, the Panera in South Riding would be near the top of the list.

I love that I can bring my laptop and wear headphones and not look like a total dweeb. The truth is, I'm not the only one doing it, and the wifi is great for when you are not working at home and need a change of atmosphere. I absolutely love that u can order from your table thru the app and a staff member will deliver it to you. You can order it at any time, at your convenience. Their salads and soups are to die for and I have a new favorite sandwich...grilled cheese with bacon on sourdough toasted bread. Yummy!

Troy was very kind and attentive. He made my salad just right! Great customer service. He pleasantly removed the cheese due to allergies. Thank you Panera crew!

Excuse the 5 stars. To all the customers that have waited and or received a wrong order,on the behalf of Panera I am very sorry for delays and huge wait times you have experienced on all or anytime you may have visited! I am one of the employees and I will tell you sometimes we are understaffed and receive huge amounts or orders. We appreciate your patience!

Great! Kind of smaller compared to others but there’s plugs literally everywhere! Love this one! 2-3 plugs on each section of the wall. Like 15 outlets on the wall is my guess. Decent speed.

Good service and baby friendly

It's a go to for great service and healthy food. Good study area when it's not super busy and outdoor seating is a bonus. Overall a great place to be and feels just like home.
