Hands down the best Starbucks in the area. The drinks are consistently good but what really makes it great is the staff. My whole family gets treated like family when we go in. Khushi, Sarah, and Charlie always stop and take the time to talk to us and are incredibly kind people. I have never had a bad experience here. Thank you!!

I love the weekly morning staff at this store! Always greet with a smile and ask how you are. Today I walk in and I haven’t been over here in a while and they acted like I was an old friend coming to visit. I just lost my old man and had told them. Their genuine kind words and actions just go a very long way. I appreciate y’all!!!

Nice service and good taste coffee

Service is always great here and drinks are made quickly! I’ve had several occasions where I’ve mistakenly come here since I thought my order went here, but they are always very friendly about it. When I accidentally go to the other location a mile away, they are usually never friendly about the situation. This is proudly my go to Starbucks location!

Fast, fun and easy.

This location has been part of the neighborhood for many years. The people who work here are amazing, and always get your order right.

Outdoor seating makes for a relaxing setting when the weather cooperates. Plenty of parking is available.

While indoor seating is not yet available, once we return to indoor seating the space is excellent and chill to hang out and have your favorite beverage with friends.

Great Starbucks, everyone is super friendly, service is quick, and orders are always correct. My favorite is the drive through, they are so speedy!

I go here all the time and have never had a negative experience.

Clean and busy! On Saturday noon this location was hopping. I didn't wait in line to order, but did wait 15+ minutes for my Frappe. It was perfect tho and a great way to kick off fall. Note: we sat outside for about an hour and the tables were never cleaned.

I love this location. They are very clean and happen to be a lot busier than most assume. They are prompt with getting drinks ready and are always willing to strike up a conversation with customers. They are sometimes a bit slower during the afternoons but that doesn't really seem like a problem. I've also learned that they do advertise no smoking within the outside seating area and I have seen many people respect that. I think that some people are a bit too quick to judge the baristas that work at this location but everyone is wonderful. Great job guys!

I have always had a good experience when using this Starbucks. But this morning They went above and beyond. I went in and I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing on my mobile order and Mallory or Maybe it was Melanie, Either way she Was so understanding and corrected the drink for me without any hesitation. I will definitely be sticking with this location.

Great customer service; definitely the location I prefer to order online from, they're very prompt and rarely make mistakes. My kids practically live at Starbucks in the summertime and end up on a first name basis with the staff. Staff often recommends interesting drinks or combinations when they become familiar.

The best Starbucks in Northern Virginia that I’ve ever visited. The worst one was the one in Target in Leesburg Pike street at Falls Church. Hospitality, smiling and nice words makes a huge difference!

This particular Starbucks has been my alarm clock since 2011 when I first moved into the neighborhood. As my children grew up, I quickly realized that the threat of "no hot chocolate" got them moving really fast and the occasional "cake-pop" as a reward got them moving even FASTER! For eleven years, I've seen baristas come and go, but they are ever so friendly and courteous (I almost wonder where they get their morning coffee from). They already know my custom order and to this day, they insist on calling me Joanne. :) Since I started frequenting this Starbucks two more have opened up within walking distance. One even has a drive-through. However, I will still go to my neighborhood Starbucks to get my "grande blonde in a venti cup, filled up with cold soy and three splenda's" and yes, that order is for Joanne. :)

The workers are so nice that when my card wasn’t working, they decided to make out drinks even though we couldn’t pay.

Went here to grab some quick iced drinks with the kids. Have always been nervous since my son has severe food allergies. After talking with Paula, she was so helpful in making sure a new container was used but also sanitized. We left there very Happy Thank You Paula!!

NOT ALL HEROS WEAR CAPES! My hero’s wear green aprons ♥ I have been coming here every morning for a while. They know me by name, greet me as I walk in, and wish me a good day as i am leaving. Even if they’re on break they still speak. They have all been helpful teaching me the app and are patient while explaining things! I eat in when I’m able- the facility is clean including bathrooms and patio area. A persons name is the most important thing to them; when someone remembers your face, name, and your order- you feel privileged, respected, and overall as a person who matters. Love this place!

Been twice now...Staff Members are A++, friendly, and super-fast... always an easy stop. Drive-thru? Who needs it with a top notch location like this! Thanks!😃
