They were just so sweet! Checked on us multiple times too! The workers were just so so sweet, got me smiling the whole time.

The people who work here are awesome. They work very hard and don’t get enough appreciation when they are short staffed with a lot of orders. They all deserve some raises

I'd like to commend the entire staff of the morning and lunchtime staff. My youngest son turned 16 today and wanted Dunkin' for just him and me. I got up early and brought his gift and asked the morning staff to have it behind the counter for when we came in and they joyfully agreed, then teenagers do what they do and it was nearly noon before we got there and there had been a full shift change 😱. These guys had me all set and had communicated with each other and knew exactly what to do as soon as I whispered about the gift! It went perfectly. Thank you so much. I don't care what the snotty person said about their "interesting" appearances. These kids have it together - they just have different styles like every new generation does. Thanks a bunch folks! It was a great birthday.

Coffee was amazing, the girl working the drive thru was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a smile. I asked if I could have some peach in my caramel latte, she told me that they didn't have a peach pump but offered to put peach refresher instead. I didn't notice the place being dirty at all.
The only complaint I have is that I sat at the window for some time before anyone came to it or before I saw anyone inside at all.

We started going to this location as soon as they opened up, and everything went pretty smooth for a while. I’m not sure if they’re just understaffed, but a drink and food will take a very long time in the morning, and if you don’t have much time to wait in line, you would be better off going next door to McDonald’s. Still giving them a five-star because the employees are trying, just hopeful they can get more employees soon.

I always get attacked by my family when I come home with a box of these. You'd think I had a suit made of lunch meat and was strolling through a junkyard full of starving dogs.

I came through to drive through to get a croissant egg and cheese at the time they didn't have any ready so I decided to go on the inside and they've made a fresh batch of croissants OMG so fresh and hot and of course the iced coffee was the best

Used to be a Starbucks lover but since this Dunkin has opened in alabaster never again! The food and drinks are the best and the prices even better not to mention the staff is always friendly!! Ten out of ten highly recommend 🥰 I've been almost every day since they opened!

I started going to this location as soon as they opened. I drive 30 minutes just to get there. The customer service, food and coffee is that good… it’s definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend. Sincerely,

Clean and friendly staff. Stocked good with plenty of donuts but went the other day and had zero donuts and only 10 or so munchkins.

It was extremely busy this morning and I want to praise the staff. Even though it was busy the young lady that took our order was nice and apologized more than once for the wait.

This new location is open and ready to serve! Drive thru and carry out is available as well as on the go ordering through the app. There is no dining in because of Covid policies put in place by corporate.

Came around 2:00pm and I don’t know anything about coffee besides that it tastes good there was just two people there and they still listened to what I was looking for (I said I want it sweeet but not too sweet that’ll overpower the coffee but also had more caffeine then ur basic coffee)we talked about their different coffees and what makes them different before I told her to just surprise me AND IT WAS AMAZING she got every key point and was very nice about it will definitely be coming back

Me, my wife and our two boys go here EVERY Sunday before church! NEVER have I had bad service or a ride employee. Thank y'all so much!

I love going in here because the staff is always friendly! The service is quick as well and the food/drinks are always good!

I absolutely love this place! Service is always incredible and the employees are sublime. My personal favorite is this tall young lad who is quite a wizard on anything he is assigned to.

Purchased the signature latte...actually pretty good!

Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. My order was correct and drinks were good!!
