Taco Bell

This is one of the classiest and most professional Taco Bell’s out there people. Make sure you stop in. Great visit. Food was served promptly and with care. Our items were neatly constructed with warm and high quality ingredients. Out of our group of 5, only one burrito was missing its creamy jalapeño sauce. Other than that, they pitched a perfect game with the rest of the items. Very clean restaurant which includes the bathrooms. It feels like they keep the thermostat in the low 60s, so make sure you’re prepared for the chilliness of the dining area. This store should be the benchmark for all other Taco Bell’s to grade themselves. Keep it up Alabaster TB.

Really well run Taco Bell. Everyone is always friendly and their attention to detail is great. Hope they are recognized for their efforts. Rare experience in fast food.

One of the best locations !! After games is kind of slow but hey if you’re hungry STAY in line .

I was there late at night 6/13/22. They were out of like half their menu, must have been a busy night! Well, what I'm bragging on is the gentleman working the window/speaker. He was very helpful and lightened the mood and was just generally pleasant to speak to!

The employees are really nice. The food was good.

Literally amazing service, fast friendly and officiant! The lady at the window had a beautiful smile and long black hair! So so very nice!! 10/10 :)

The new management here is amazing. Every time I come by, my order is made quickly and really well done. The new boss really knows his stuff and was really friendly at the window. 10/10

What can you say about the 'Bell. It is what it is and always decent grub.

This location is near where my sweetie works and we pretty much eat there two or three times a month. We typically go for the $5 boxes. The place is almost always spotless and well stocked.

The great thing about this location is that if they don't get it perfect the first time they are more than happy to make it right or fresh and walk it right out to you.

Also like the fact they stuff the tacos full.

The food was well made and fresh! We came in right at the end of lunch, too. The cashier was friendly and the manager acknowledged us when we picked up our food! A lot of locations mess up just a simple cheese quesadilla but this store rocks our socks!

The price I paid for 5 items was awesome. I bought the Chalupa $5 box. The food was still fresh and hot by the time I made it home to eat. I tried the Pineapple freeze for the 1st time-👌👌 Good customer service as well. Nice and friendly!!😊

If I could eat at one place for the rest of my life, it would be the Alabaster Taco Bell. They never fail to amaze me. I recently moved to Auburn for college and just none of the other Taco Bells I have eaten at compare to the Alabaster one. Everyone who works there is super nice and they care about there job. I would give this place 6 stars out of 5 if I could

Bathrooms were clean, the lady up front was kind and helpful, and the food came out great. Coupled with the cheap gas next door it was a much appreciated stop on the road trip.

Fantastic location.

Staff is always polite and takes care to get your order correct. Food is consistently fresher and just better than other Taco Bells in the area. I wish the staff at the Pelham location was even half as good as this location's staff.

Had Jessie as a cashier today. He was really nice got everything correct.

If you drive a bigger vehicle, there is no other way out besides the drive through so parking could be an issue but the lots next to it would work great

If you've been to one Taco Bell, you've been to all Taco Bells, mostly. I frequent this one and Calera, because of how close they are to home, and this location is admirably clean and has an upstanding staff. They're quick to help, quick to prepare, and quick to hit the floor if there's been a mess. Awesome personalities too! I like to mess with whoever I'm in the drive-thru with, and ended up having a short conversation about which burrito I should get and why. Definitely check them out!

If ever in the Alabaster area, stop by Taco Bell and Give Tim your business! I don’t know if he is a manager or what but he is always there no matter the day or time of night he will take care of you! Coming from one business owner to another trust me and give him and Taco Bell of Alabaster a chance!

I mean c'mon...it's Taco Bell. Food is as expected and so is the service. However, the steak grilled cheese burrito is totally legit!

The young man who waited on us was super kind. He didn't charge us for our 7.00 order!! How wonderful!!

Food was fresh and hot, portions were large and service was good,not really crowded would go again, reasonable priced
