My husband and I always love to come here as a little weekend "need to get out of the house" thing. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff and management are super, super friendly. Thank you for making our weekends better ♥

Love that Pell City finally has a Starbucks! The staff is always effusively kind making the sometimes long waits less of an issue. The location just off the freeway is super convenient, to boot. Only qualm I ever have with any Starbucks, not just this one, is if you ask for just a dash of cream - you’re gonna get a quarter cup. That’s just how their registers ring it up, it seems. So, unless it’s not crowded and you can catch the barista before they pour and remind them - a dash - bring your own creamer. Or better just order one of their amazing fancier drinks!

This is a Starbucks that cares! I never knew the bakery items I was getting at others weren't fresh until I had a scone and pumpkin load slice here on different occasions. They're soft and delicious compared to others. The staff are SO kind and really care about those they serve. This one should set the bar for others in the metro area! I really cannot express enough how much better this location is than others! It's a simple thing but the difference is obvious! Thank you for always being kind and offering consistently good quality beverages and food. You are the difference!

Met up with a friend to have a coffee and the bacon gouda egg sandwich, it was pretty good. Will definitely be back, good kind service too!

They always pull the best shots and there's great sunlight, unlike some other dark and dingy places.

This Starbucks is one of the very best.
They are fast, friendly and wonderful people.
They almost always have a new joke for the day posted in their drive through and I've never waited longer than 10 min on average.
Mobile orders here are amazing and they prioritize these mobile orders.
When they make my beverages they are almost always perfect.

Definitely my favorite Starbucks out of the three. The service is always great and the employees are so nice. This one has multiple seating options indoor and out so you can actually sit down without being crowded.

Two of my younger sisters had tests after school so I took my two youngest sisters to Starbucks while the others were taking their test. I only had 5 dollars on the Starbucks app so I asked what I could get from their bakery section. They said I could get one of anything so we got a chocolate croissant. When we pulled up to the window they asked what drink we wanted, I said we didn’t order a drink. They gave us a Frappuccino on the house. My sister were super excited and they split it on the way home. When I went out with my friends last year and they gave us all free cake pops, they didn’t know this but it was actually my birthday that day so it was a super great surprise. Starbucks may have higher prices, but the employees at this location are some of the nicest you will ever meet.

My favorite Starbucks by far! It's such an awesome place to come study. All of the workers are so patient and kind, and my drinks are always 10/10. The bathrooms are clean every time (hard to find at public establishments) and the music is good too!

This Starbucks is just literally the best Starbucks ever, every single time I go they get my order perfect and the customer service is just top-tier. All the other Starbucks kind of messed up my order because it's very specific but this one is just above and beyond and absolutely amazing. I'm not sure what the lady's name was but she had a Cheshire cat tattoo and she was just fantastic!! even though it's early in the morning and my order is kind of odd and picky they never have a problem and are always just so unbelievably kind!! <3

Employees are always so nice and today I experienced something that special to me. Fast food, retail, etc. has gone down hill so badly. Starbucks reminded me that, there are people who are good at what they do and go the extra mile. Cole and Sheyanne were the ones working drive thru and definitely deserve acknowledgment!!!!

The partners (employees) at this store (Kent Dairy Road in Alabaster, AL) always seem friendly and the service is good. The drinks and food I order are usually in stock, so I am not often disappointed. Overall, a really good Starbucks.

This specific Starbucks is tops on my list. The fella who served us was absolutely great. Of course the food was fantastic, but it was the employees that truly stood out. They were all helping each other without it even looking like a chore. They never appeared rushed yet it was quite busy and service was quick. Definitely going to return!

We had a great visit. Food was delicious and coffee was good as always. Our server Lera was very sweet.

The baristas were so helpful. I went to get a drink for someone else but they were not familiar with the drink I ordered. I asked them to please make a drink that they thought would be the lowest calorie, highest caffeine drink that sounded similar to what I ordered. They were so nice and helpful. I delivered the drink to the person whom ordered it and they said it was delicious and were very satisfied.

This location is one of only two that are the closest to my home, so as you can imagine, they’re always packed during rush hour times which is expected. So I enjoying going there after 9a but before 2p so I can have a drink or two and actually be able to sit and enjoy it there. When I can’t I just prefer the convince of getting in there, ordering, and getting out without the bombarding of a crowd. I can’t wait for them to open more locations in Alabaster. Would SO love it!
