BBW QC is so nice. There are so many helpful ladies there! Today was amazing. Candles for $14 then an additional 25% off! The candle holders are beyond gorgeous. I love my glass and brass tree. And my Tree Farm candle. My daughter thought it was very Swifty. The place was packed but still fun. The vibe is fun and the visual appearance of the displays is like Macys back in the day. I love the tall displays. Princess rang us up and was kind and helpful and speedy but did so great keeping our stuff safe. Josie helped us pick out candles and candle holders and put batteries in them so we could see them in action. So nice. We also got a sneak peek at the black Friday deal!!! I will so be in line.

Janie was the sweetest. She made my entire day with how amazing she was to me . She genuinely loves and cares for people and it absolutely shows. Amazing employee who truly loves helping people. The kindness she showed me will keep me coming back to this stores location! Thank you Janie for the generosity you have shown me. I love my ghost hand sanitizer holder so much!

I came in before Christmas, wanting to get a few last minute things. In the midst of a crazy day of running around, I was able to actually relax for a few minutes inside the store and have such a joyful and helpful interaction with one of the employees, Jada. I really appreciated that kind of environment during the craziness leading up to Christmas!

Great customer service! Did a pick up order and needed to return some of it. I was met with a very positive gentleman who was new to the return process for online orders. His manager was great, and stood by him the whole time as he was learning about the process.
Some loud skinny white lady got mad next to us because unfortunately, a younger woman accidentally cut her in line, not knowing. The old lady got upset and started yelling at the manager & elderly worker Diane. The manager handled the situation great and ultimately the crazy skinny white lady left because she didn’t want to hear the negative comments other customers had to say about her poor attitude.
I applaud the store employees as a handle, the busyness of a sale and also disgruntled customers. I will be coming back

The place smelled amazing! the girl named krista that helped me was so sweet and kind she really helped me with all the deals and where all the good soaps are, she helped me reach a soap that was on a high shelf, i loved her service and how helpful she is!

Rachel the manager took care of a large return i had. She smiled the whole time and i was in and out way quicker than i expected. A+ customer service. Thank you!

My favorite place to shop for everything smell good! My lotions, shower gels, candles, car scents, my Husband LOVES the Men’s Gingham line too! Always organized and clean in the store too!

I love this place so so very much! Their body care scents are amazing and this may cause disagreements, but I love their candles more than Yankee lately. All the Eucalyptus scents are amazing and I like to keep the stress relief in the car for when my kids feel carsick. Heather was so helpful and sweet. Everyone was cheerful even though it was EARLY. Will definitely be back soon

Greeted by their super friendly staff at the door! They had all the hand soaps I was looking for. Literally only spent about 3 minutes in the store. I was in and out quickly! Staff provided excellent customer service and shoutout to the cashier who rang us up who is a Dodgers fan! Thanks again!
