Starbucks

I order mochas (hot and cold), frappe, and bakery items. The staff has gotten to know me and my dog (husky samoyed mix). They remember us and are always friendly. The food and drinks are good.

I've reviewed this Starbucks before, and it wasn't good..... UNTIL Jay became the Store Manager!!! Absolutely love him and what he has done with the staff. Zombies aren't answering the drive thru. Actual happy employees are answering. It's so refreshing to see what good leadership can do!!! Complete 180, in my opinion!!! Not only does the staff seem happier, but the quality of my coffee has improved! I'm not having to stop at the Starbucks on ellsworth for a remake! Great job, Jay!!!

Every time I come here, they always make my drinks really good. I love their app, and I like how they don't try to talk to me like at Dutch Bros!!

The same friendly and efficient staff as at other Starbucks stores.
Our beverages of choice were created and delivered as requested and expected.
I prefer the breakfast wrap while my companion likes the Gouda Bacon sandwich. Delivered hot and tasty.
My Winnie the Pooh beverage was made just as expected.

Would give this starbucks a million stars if I could! They have always been awesome when I come in. They are friendly, they get the my order right, and are honest! Thanks guys you all rock!

The employees make this store worth visiting. They are all super friendly and hard working. The coffee and food... well it's Starbucks.

I can always rely on this Starbucks for good, friendly service. My online orders are always ready when I get there.

I love this location! Caleb is amazing and helped me discover a new drink (brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso), he calls me by name when I enter and makes conversation. Natalie is oh so sweet and talks to my baby whenever we are there. Some of the best staff!! Clean location.

Kynsley went out of her way to make my drink beautiful; I was having a rough day an she made it so much better! This is the type of customer service I feel should be running these places. I will definite be coming back because of her!

The workers are always so sweet and always give me good recommendation. The patio area is a good area for my friends and I to meet u and catch up. Customer service is always great! Love this location.

Always love the coffee and food, but the music was so loud. Not sure how people were working in there.

This location is always on point with accuracy and speed. Even though it's busy in the drive thru and store is busy as well in the early morning hours. You are always greeted with kindness and taken care respectfully. The music is always a good vibe.

I can't comment on the food or service as I met a friend for coffee and I don't drink coffee or tea. So water for me. But this is a nice open space with good outdoor seating. Great meet up spot

Baristas are great at this location! I am diabetic and asked for a cold drink without a lot of sugar. What a surprise it was so good! Natasha was wonderful!

This place knows how to tear it up! They were really nice to me and my small daughter who needed a couple of straws and asked for them at the counter. They were so helpful. I think the one thing that makes expensive Starbucks coffee worth it is the service. If there was crummy service, I wouldn't come here to buy the coffee because it's just overpriced. Because of their amazing service, I keep coming back.

This is my favorite location. They staff is personable and professional, the lobby is clean and open. Drive-thru is always busy yet moves fast. My order is made correctly and tastes just as anticipated.

Good breakfast sandwich. Good carmel frappe. They have come down on their prices. I have found that Dutch Brothers are way higher in price and they don't have that rich coffee taste that Starbucks has.

This Starbucks is the best! The quality drinks and the friendliest staff I’ve been too! We just moved here from Oregon and this place gets my drinks right and tasting delicious every time! I was also so impressed that when someone walks in without a mask they point them to the masks and ask them to put one on! That’s respect to everyone!! Good job!! I will continue going here and point everyone to this location! Great job staff and thank you for working so hard and supplying us with our drinks through all of this COVID. Stay safe!
