Safeway

Shopped for some items at the Safeway located at Ocotillo Road and Ironwood Road. Leann was a very patient cashier. I observed her patiently assisting a customer in front of me who was ensuring he received specific discounts on specific items. As she scanned and checked the register, she would verify the discount was applied and would inform the customer.
She was calm and patient with the customer! She deserved an in applause from those of us in line waiting.
Kudos to her and the staff at this particular Safeway. Every item for which I was shopping was in stock and available. The store was clean. Aisles were clear and safe. Shopping carts were being collected as I arrived and were available at the entrance.

This was the best, cleanest and the staff was extremely helpful as well as courteous.
As a disabled Vietnam veteran, I found that the handicapped parking was awesome.
The manager should be an example and training for all Safeway stores.

The bakery at this Safeway did an amazing job for my Valentines order for my hubby. They called me because they didn't have the design in their books, but they were able to find the image to make what I ordered. Very happy and will definitely order from them again.

I picked up this beautiful cake (“Happy Birthday” plaque was added at home) from the Safeway bakery for my Mom’s 69th birthday. Not only was it GORGEOUS, but it was tasty too! The cake itself was a fluffy strawberry with whipped cream frosting between the layers. I didn’t order ahead and was a little worried it wouldn’t be fresh, but it was so moist and tasted like it was just made. It was under $25 which I feel is a deal considering how nice it looked, the flavor and the fact that I ran in and picked it up on the fly. I was able to grab a couple cute balloons and a lovely bunch of flowers all in one stop. Safeway is, surprisingly, now my go to for cakes and celebration necessities!

The bakery is great! I ordered a Mickey and Minnie Mouse cake and it came out wonderfully and tasted good too! My daughter was very happy with her birthday cake.

Alyssa from the bakery needs a shout out! She has always been the one to help me out with our many many birthday parties. Her cakes are amazing. She is so talented. Thanks Alyssa!

Always organized and helpful when I have questions, even when it's super busy I get the same level of service every time. Convenient as well just 5 minutes from my house

I'm an out of Towner..went to grab a rib eye roast that you all had on sale and being a retired meat cutter myself the individual that I asked to bring out the size I was looking for was so pleasant at such a stressful time(Christmas Holiday)thank you for employing such great help!!!wished I had gotten his name. Safeway, he's a keeper!!!

I had a bit of a hiccup today with the drive and go order, none of the employees fault at all. This issue was out of their control as it was with the app and system itself yet the staff which helped me went above and beyond to rectify my issue and to make me feel welcome and I could definitely feel their empathy for my issue. Lindsay and Kyle both demonstrate the company's core values and exceptional customer service skills. They were nonstop busy in the customer service center when I arrived yet Lindsay was able to help all customers fast and efficiently with a smile and then also direct me to the appropriate team to assist with my drive and go order. I left the store feeling like there wasn't an issue at all and will be happy to come back here as always. Kudos to Kyle and Lindsay Can't say that enough, Thank you!

The people who work in the bakery department are absolutely amazing! I had a special vision in my head of what I wanted my daughters graduation cake to be, and they went above and beyond! Kathy was the lady who helped me out and her and the rest of the team did just a fantastic job. I cannot say enough! Thank you for making this beautiful cake and my daughters day that much more special!

Amazing staff! In the deli they didn't have the salad I like, after I asked about if they had any the young man said no but I will make some for you!! I was so happy 😊 and the salad is awesome!! Thank you so much!

Don’t listen to these Karen’s, this store is incredibly convenient, easily navigated and well kept. I shop here regularly (4 times a week). Staff is amazing. Favorite store in QC, perfect size. Only issue is people in QC don’t know how to drive and ignore traffic signs so parking lot can be a mission of its own.

We order cupcakes, smash cake and sandwich tray and they were amazing! So happy with the quality and the employees. They were so nice and helpful. Will most definitely be order from them again. Couldn't be happier.

Always a clean, well stocked store. If I were going in for more than 2 items, my only complaint would be that they were not busy at all and there wasnt a cart available in the store.

I know this location is newer but it’s one of the cleanest and organized grocery stores I’ve seen. We weren’t satisfied with the broccoli but they gave us a full refund without any problem.

Thank you to the amazing butcher who made our day! We came in requesting 24 filet migon steaks. Despite the fact that we gave very vague unclear instructions and he was able to get us exactly what we were dreaming of. Not only did he accomplish it in no time flat, but they are the most beautiful steaks ever! Thank you QC Safeway meat counter!

Best deli by far always have products stocked and have enough workers to accommodate when buisy for sliced meats or hot foods way better than frys

came her the day after easter, needned some smallstuff. low on the usual easter food stuff. they are usually very good on the normal to stock shelfs, produce is alays good, oh and the managers and departent heads walk the floor all the time and ask if you need anything. bathrooms are always clean as well as the asles. the time i shopped was about 6:00pm , like to give a time, some people may wanna know if shelfs are lacking

The people there is always nice and kind and helpful. Always smiling . The food there is always good and I do like the sales they have . Plus, the store is always clean . I do recommend this place . I will be going back . I go several times a month
