Large new Costco just opened today. I like the newer layout. Everyone was very nice and friendly. It's going to be very busy for some time, so please understand that before you come. They were even handing out little costco carts for their grand opening. Welcome to the area Costco!

Store was very clean and easy to navigate. Lots of parking even for going at such a busy time on a Saturday morning. Employees were friendly and helpful.

It's nice to see that you can get such great wine selection here in Arizona!

The Costco at Queen Creek has gas pumps 4 deep. The store is less crowded than other stores in the area, and they have products I can't find at other Costco stores. Very clean, and love the layout. I highly recommend visiting this Costco

Costco is a solid provider of products and services. I'm glad that we have this new location. The grand opening was great, I really enjoyed the 8am start time. It sure would be incredible if it maintained an 8am opening, but other than that, Costco is still consistently Costco, which is a wonderful company.

Today I wanted to purchase an item that they sold out of last year. They received this year's shipment yesterday. I called at 10AM and an associate named Koshey helped me. She went to the salesfloor and retrieved one and put my name on it and held it until I could get there. It's a good thing she did because they sold out today. She is an incredible associate. You are fortunate to have such a bright and cheerful associate working for you.

Even though it’s a further drive to this Costco from the one by my house, I’d rather go there. They seem to have a better selection of things and the staff is always nice.

Lines moving fast. Helpful associates. Prices a little higher like everywhere else. But there's plenty of options. I try to go during the week around noon. It works for me.

Very nice clean place to shop great service great for large family shopping clothes electronics patio furniture, home furniture they even have tires for your car at a great price and in this day and age. Every little bit helps. And you can get quick bite to eat on your out dog and a soda for a buck fifty or slice of pepperoni 🍕

Beautiful new Costco. Easy to get to for truck drivers. Only problem when making deliveries, the only Costco dock in the Phoenix area that doesn’t provide seating area for truck drivers waiting to get unloaded.

This was like many other Costco visits. The store was busy but well kept. The cashiers were moving as fast as possible and keeping the lines moving. It's appreciated as a customer to see the hard work towards us.

This review is solely about the hearing aid center. The entire crew in QC is phenomenal! Friendly, patient and extremely knowledgable. I learned more from them than I did at the ENT and audiologist. Highly recommend all of them if you're needing a hearing test or looking into hearing aids.

This is by far my favorite Costco! This Costco has a proper parking lot and definitely the best set up for an easy accessible gas station.

Lots of great prices. Toothpaste, tortillas, veggies, butter, dog food, Salmon burgers, toilet paper, and ice cream were some great bargains that we found. Vitamins and protein shakes are also other good finds. My husband loves to order pizza here. An extra large feeds 7 people but be ready to wait. They have good prices with just about everything on the menu.

I was in the area and stopped at a Costco I hadn't been to before. It was a nice and clean facility and I was able to find an item that was not at the Costco by my house. The Costco by my house usually has a pallet of canned chicken wherever I shop but did not have any.a few days ago

Picked up a few items that I did not see at my home store. It's very pleasant to be at this store. It's new and not as busy yet

We love this Costco!

With twice as many gas pumps, we've never had to wait (long) in line to get gas.

Thank you Costco for FINALLY coming to Queen Creek!

Sorry guys, I was supposed to change this to a 5 star 1 month after my initial review so I'm sorrythats my bad,
I was jist mad because I thought I was getting targeted, but I wasn't this was done to everyone. Also after signing up everyone has been super nice and amazing! Def the best costco for sure!

I'm honestly still baffled that this happened today. We have been coming to Costco since it opened we don't come very often because we have a small family, but my grandpa let's us use his costco card because as a trade off we go shopping for them since they are older. Haven't had an issue until today, I got there at 3:00pm and we needed big things like diapers for our babies and some other items that we needed, after shopping for an hour and a half I saw the 2nd register opened I thought, there was two ladies one was Kelly and I didn't get the other ones name but she was wearing a long sleeve aqua shirt, I didn't realize that me asking if the lane was opened because they were just gossiping for 2 minutes like actual 2 minutes,this is why I'm giving time stamps so if you have security cameras there you can see all this happen. I must have hit a nerve because they didn't say two words just kept talking to each ither and proceeded to throwing items from the cart onto the conveyer belt well they asked for the card as usual and my granpas middle name is John and Kelly looked up at me with an attitude and just said you don't look like John, so I proceeded to tell her that it's my grandpa, she didn't say anything and called someone from her mic is what I just got out of it since Paul came over and started asking me questions. He proceeded to telling me that I can't use the card because it's not under my name, that's fine I understand how a membership works but the fact that I was there for two hours and I even brought up that if it was going to be an issue why did they let me in? It wasn't busy when I first got there and I showed the card with the picture when I walked in? Paul explained to me that, that is what a membership is for that's what memebers pay for which okay I understand but then he proceeded to say if you had less stuff like 1 to 4 items we could make an exception. So essentially my time doesn't matter? And they would make exceptions for certain cases but my 2 hours that ibjust wasted there isn't a good case? Yea they said they could sign me up for a membership but why would I want to sign up with that kind of service and treatment? I would have honestly signed up if they handled this differently I just cant believe I wasted 2 hours then having to go to another store to get everything we needed. Kelly I'm sorry that I interrupted your conversation I didn't realize that the gossip about your co workers was that important

Queen Creek can use another Costco it's always busy and it would be nice to have another one on the south side of town.
