Build-A-Bear Workshop

Came in today to make a Valentine’s Day gift for my partner and had a great time! The gentleman who stuffed my bear did a wonderful job showing and explaining all the options to me. The folks at the register and on the floor helped me find the clothes I liked. I appreciated that I was in and out of there quickly but I didn’t feel rushed. Keep up the good work :)

Celebrating 7 years of my daughters life today! Had a wonderful experience at this build a bear. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they really do go out of their way to bring joy to the kids day. Here's a peak at Princess Hazelnut! Build a bear is a experience we always love, the kids get to choose and build their bear which is always fun for them, kinda pricey but the employees make it a great, Awsome experience for the kids!!

Celebrated my daughters birthday here and everyone enjoyed it even the adults! Carlos and the team did an exceptional job hosting and tending to the whole party. I would recommend everyone to visit on a regular day or book your next event. Thanks for an awesome time today!

Brought my great nephew for his first build a bear he had a great time making his special friend since he's not allowed a dog like auntie he has chase as his dog till he can have a real one. The staff is always so helpful and great with showing first timers how fun it is to build your own bear. This was my 5th build a bear Ive gifted. Looking foward to making more with great neices and other grandchildren.

We took our 1 yr old granddaughter. She loved it and so did we.

Went here with family for a classmates birthday party. The kids had a lot of fun building the stuffed animals. The workers were all super friendly and great with kids. This was our first visit but a lot of the kids mentioned wanting to go back. Lots of options and customizations available at different price points. Great experience.

I loved the experience I had with my daughter building her bear, I build one for me too. It is expensive but is a great experience for the kids. Employees there are very friendly.

I was a regular at this store for a good while & I moved out of state & I miss this store sooo much. Carlos & Mandy are awesome. They’re both so efficient and so kind and are really good at stitching up bears! I love this store & every time I go to the new build a bear out of state, I miss them even more. 10/10. The best service. I hope they know how appreciated they are! 🖤

I took my son to Build-A-Bear as a reward after being on his best behavior after a dentist appointment. The store was empty and two friendly employees warmly greeted us. Carlos then helped my son through the whole process. It was his first time at a Build-A- Bear and he was so patient with my son as he carefully picked out the perfect toy and outfit
He made my son's experience so special and magical. I look forward to bringing him back and hope that we have the pleasure of Carlos helping us again

I was nervous about taking my kids in here because I have 3 kids who are AUTISTIC. Kiara was amazing. My 3 yr old daughter repeats things and my 11 yr old can say crazy things at any time. But she was amazing even with all the questions and stemming. Good employees like this are the reason I will continue spending my money here.

I took my one year old daughter for her birthday bear. I’ve taken my son to other Build-A-Bears, but none compared to the special treatment my daughter was given today. Carlos went above and beyond to make her experience special. Most would look at a one year old and just do the bare minimum. Carlos had her laughing and waving the entire time. When my two year old son came in with his dad Carlos even gave him a “party hat” so he could feel special too. I certainly recommend this store, specifically Carlos!

Kids enjoy it but don’t go in expecting to buy just one kid a build-a-bear on their birthday without the others throwing a fit.

I did find out that this location has an option for a birthday bear that is $14 or Pay Your Age in your birthday month. My daughter preferred a different beat than the birthday option but it’s still a good option.

It is a bit pricey but the clothing for the bears can be purchased online later and gift card packages can be found at warehouse stores.

Took my daughter for her birthday (not a party, just a visit). The staff was friendly. The bears can get pricey once you start adding accessories. Since it was a special occasion I let my daughter get what she wanted (beating heart, scent, music/song box for inside the bear, an outfit with shoes, 1 accessory) and it was just over $100.

Such a wonderful experience. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. I Had a rough week so I wanted to treat myself. Really brought my spirit up. Thanks!

Harley at Build a bear in Barton creek mall was so awesome! Harley was friendly, outgoing, and even stayed to help us even though their shift had ended. Harley made our experience a great one, and we will definitely be returning!

Had a lot of fun building a new "friend" with my child. The staffer at this location was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made kiddo smile and laugh as they pumped stuffing into the newest addition to our "family." I'm sure we'll go back soon.

Staff was nice , the children in our group had a good time picking their bears. The person who made our bears was kind and very patient with special needs children.

My grand kids love their bears. We love that they can build them to their own individual style. The staff is super friendly. Great place!
