I had such a great experience at this store , the employees were so accommodating and outgoing , helped me find my size in every shoe I wanted. The guy checking me out was especially nice , had a great conversation and left in the best mood , 100% recommend they have amazing shoe finds as well and at retail price.

Went in to see if I can do an exchange because the shoes I bought 2 weeks ago felt a little loose. They asked me some questions before picking the next shoe to make sure I will be comfortable. Tried them on for a good 10 minutes. There was a different in price. But I feel much happier now that I got the right shoe. Thanks for letting me exchange them.

Saw some rough reviews before so I was a bit apprehensive going in, but surprisingly had an excellent experience. I'm not sure I'd they got new management or something like that, but the customer service was excellent. My salesperson took the time to understand what I was looking for in a shoe, presented several options, and based on my feedback from each shoe adjusted his recommendations. Overall a very positive experience and would be more than willing to shop here again.

This was one of the best Finish Line stores I've been in. The store was very clean and well organized. The employees were attentive but not overly pushy. The shoe selection was amazing and they even had some nice clothes. Unfortunately there was no sale going on but the selection is definitely worth checking out.

Gerald was on point with the service even when in between customers. He even went the extra mile to double check a shoe I didn’t see on the sales floor.
Overall really happy I was able to get my little sister some shoes and be in and out of there in about 10ish minutes!

Amazing selection of sports shoes, and you can catch some great sales just before school starts. Staff is helpful, friendly and patient. Check out the Jordan's section on the back side wall, but be ready to spend a bit more for these limited edition kicks.

Great customer service while shopping for shoes. Hector opened the boxed, loosened the laces and checked the fit for my kid. Don't see that kind of service very often anymore.

They always have a great variety and shoe section this particular day they were extremely busy but I was able to get help finding the right shoes between two different Associates and the person at the register made me feel very welcome and in extreme busy back to school environment with everyone being last minute shoe shopping and they were able to still perform and provide excellent customer service.

Cherice H the assistant manager was very positive, full of energy, very customer oriented, willing to help anyone, loves her job and SHE ROCKS!!!!

best shoe store. awesome prices. best sales. people are awesome,nice,and friendly. Every salesperson knows their stuff. They are very knowledgeable. If you need sneakers, go to finishline.

This is a great store located upstairs in the Barton Creek Mall.With great customer service and good prices always having sales.
