Joel and Reyna were so sweet! It felt more like a hangout rather than getting a new phone, even with good conversation they were still extremely helpful. I'd choose this location over any others.

There are no waiting lines.

It's all about The customer service of Reyna. She goes the distance above and beyond. 2 times in the last 6 months I had different issues. She stayed with me, she studied, she talked to managers... she did whatever it took to get to the bottom of it and resolve it. I truly felt taken care of and made me want to continue being a customer for a long time! Tmobile has a good one in Reyna!

My phone broke and I was nervous about an upgrade and undeceive of which phone to pick. Selena was very knowledgeable about the phones and was so kind and patient with me. The phone I decided on ended up being a great choice for me even though I was nervous about switching from android to apple. 10 out of 10 recommend going here and for now on every time I go I’m going to ask for Selena

Rodrigo and Eric solved real problems for us and got our phones transferred and we were out the door in record time. They were so nice to work with. Oh and did I mention we are seniors and really needed lots of help. Thanks guys! Highly recommend going to the south Lamar location.

Christian is the best T-Mobile employee!
I have been with T-Mobile for years and the last two times I got a new phone he has provided tremendous customer service. Technology is not my forte and I end up dropping by the store numerous times to ask for assistance and he is always pleasant, kind and most importantly, he quickly resolves my issues.

I love what t-mobile offers, but sometimes their storefront sucks due to bad customer service. This one, however, is amazing and the people that work here really make an effort to take care of you and don't try to charge you for silly things. Today, they went so far as to call in (to T-Mobile corporate) for me to take care of the logistics of getting me a coverage device, and sat on the phone to get it all worked out. Great customer service.

I went to this South Lamar location today and the staff was super friendly, considerate, and very knowledge. I was genuinely impressed by the service I received from these folks, this is by far the best T-Mobile location I have visited. I did not feel rushed at all and they made the whole purchasing process very enjoyable. They helped me to get set up with my new IPhone XR and answered all of the questions I had. Fila was also really great, he helped me transfer all of my information and even went out of his way to explain all of the new features on my new phone. I will definitely be coming back to this location, as they know what phenomenal customer service looks like!

My experience here was really nice. We didn't have to wait long to be helped and our customer service rep was wonderful. He was patient in answering our hundreds of questions and he directed us to new phones that were reasonably priced and tailored to our needs. My boyfriend and I both left with new phones and a new T-Mobile plan that we love!

These young men were attentive and super competent. I had been dealing with tech support all morning and finally realized my sim card was defective. Within 10 minutes they popped the old one out and I was on the road again. Highly recommend.

Walked in needing a replacement for my home internet modem cable and the guys in there were super helpful! I was super satisfied with the service!

I’ve been calling location after location trying to find 2 iPhone 12’s to upgrade my kiddos with no luck. Just spoke to Shea at this location which is out of them as well, but this guy totally went the extra mile and took the time to check several other locations until he spotted two of them. He’s calling now to confirm they have them and honestly even if they don’t, you just don’t get customer service like this anymore. Whatever you might be looking for I totally recommend getting in touch with Shea, he’s got the skills and the desire to help us all.

This is my new go-to t-mobile location. Shane & Shae are super cool, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me figure out the best (and most cost effective) deal to fit my needs. I will definitely hit them up again in the future.

Joseph and Desiree at this store ROCK! I got a better deal from them than the OTHER T-Mobile stores in Austin on the SAME DAY by FAR! Be sure and visit THIS store before you pay even one more month with your current carrier, or renew with T-Mobile. They know the best ways to save you MONEY! $$$$ They quoted me $39 less than the other T-Mobile store per month, and I've saving $79 every month less than my current carrier.

After years of being ripped off at another carrier, we switched to T-Mobile. Both Paula and Joshua were fantastic. Some of the best customer service I've ever received.

Had an awesome experience last week. I had traveled to Austin for work and accidentally gotten myself locked into child mode on my phone (new parent fail). I could not get out of the child mode and my phone was useless. I drove down Lamar looking for a T Mobile and stopped at this one. Debbie was so super helpful and non-judgmental about what had happened. She reset my phone for me and showed me how to do it (for the next time it happens). In and out in less than 10 minutes.
