If you want someone to help you shade-match your foundation, go to Clarissa! She’s super sweet and patient with you. Overall, the employees here are way friendlier and kinder than Ulta employees.

This is one of my favorite Sephoras! All their staff is very helpful however Brenda has made my visit extra special the past 2 times. Their inventory is pretty good right now which is kinda rare lately.

Fantastic customer service. I was greeted very nicely when walking in, everyone offered help. They were out of the fragrance I wanted and ordered it online with free shipping for me. I had previously been to two other sephoras looking for this fragrance and this wasn’t offered, which is fine, but it stood out that they made sure I got it easily. The woman in fragrance was so helpful and easy to work with. She recommended other similar products after placing my fragrance order. The product she wanted to show me she had to go to the back to get, again which was just nice to me. She didn’t have to put that type of effort. I spoke to the manager, George, about what great service she, and everyone else, offered and wish I’d remembered her name but she was a black girl with curly shoulder length hair with glitter spray in it. The customer service really stood out because I just left Cotton On and they were all terribly rude for no reason, not just indifferent, they were flat out rude, so going where you feel welcome to be in store makes a difference.

I simply love this place! Come on! You guys always help us Queens out.

Love this store. They made me feel special on my birthday too with free product samples. I loved my OUAI samples and will be heading back soon for larger sizes of the product, esp the perfume ! The store Manager was so sweet to me. I really appreciated it.♡

I came for a hydra facial and a 60 minute makeup service. PJ, Evelyn and Roxy did a great job and were super friendly during my visit! Thank you for making my experience at a Sephora in Austin a lovely one!

This was a WONDERFUL experience!! I was coming for one specific item and walked around looking for it. A sales associate came up to me offering to help. She showed me the item and even offered me another solution via a sample to try! I then went to check out and she asked if I wanted to sign up for rewards. I did and because we had just passed my birthday she even offered me the birthday reward!!! SO NICE and so helpful! Would highly recommend.

I had a personal shopper appointment with Arry. I was in need of lots of new makeup—foundation, blush, brows, etc.

She was very helpful and attentive, listened to me wanting more neutral colors rather than loud. I usually find buying makeup stressful, but this was a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

James is the absolute best person you could ask for help here! He has so much knowledge about every product he recommends to you and I promise you will love all of them. Thank you James for being so good at your job!

amazing customer service... i used to work at this mall but got transferred to the domain. i came by today and was recognized immediately, associates asking where I've been and how I'm doing. it's been months since I've been by. being recognized and treated with such friendliness was a kindness i really appreciated. thanks for going above and beyond!

I have been to many sephoras but this one in particular is the best store I have been too. Brenda was so helpful and so funny. She was very knowledgeable and even took the time to try products on my face. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Had a great experience. I spotted this store on my way out of the bookstore nextdoor. I didn't know Sephoras had stand alone stores. I needed primer and they had such a great selection. I really like that they had mostly better quality products. I feel like Ulta definitely has everything for every beauty want but let's be honest, the lines are ridiculous. Everyone at this store was incredibly friendly and really helpful. Great selection. Usually at Ulta I quickly just grab and go with what I know I want then go wait in a 20 minute line (on a slow day)...I got to shop without bumping into someone in a tiny crowded isle. Totally different experience than at Ulta and I got $10 off for spending more than $50. That doesn't happen at Ulta until you have like 8000 points. I haven't shopped at Sephora in years. 5 stars all around. Will be going back because they sell high quality makeup products, they're friendly and no line.

I came in because I was wanting to get a shade match for a foundation. As soon as I walked in, I was asked by a Sephora employee if I needed assistance. I told her what foundation I was searching for and she took me to it. I asked if I could get a shade match so she called her associate over to help. Victoria was the employee who shade matched me, and she was so sweet and professional. I was very pleased with shade match and the assistance that was given to me. I would definitely recommend shopping here!

I went in today for help with skincare, and AJ was so accommodating! She sat me down and showed me all these products that help with super sensitive skin, and she demoed everything on me, and she was so professional!! I highly recommend going to her with your skincare needs! She was incredible!

We went shopping for some lipstick and eye liner. Great prices and the customer service was awesome and helpful. The ladies there are kind and gave me great suggestions for different items.

Selia (or Sellia—forgive me if I misspell the name!) helped me today and was the most knowledgeable, kind, and insightful person. Out of years of coming to Sephora, Ulta, and other beauty stores, no one has come close to helping me find exactly what I needed and even explaining and further honing to skincare routine I already have in place. I will go out of my way to buy my products through this store at this location from now on for that extra helpful advice! Thanks again!

I had to shop here for someone else and I am SHOCKED by how helpful and kind the staff were. Hef literally shopped for my three friends within minutes and helped me find everything in abplqfe where I was so lot, and made the experience informative and fun 😂 give her a raise, thank you Hef!!!

You absolutely cannot go wrong with Sephora. If its last minute makeup for an event to picking out the appropriate shade for your complexion Sephora has it all. Tge associates are very knowledgeable about their products. They are also very honest about if something works well with you or not. If one person can't help you another is right there to pick up. Its affordable and whatever you select will go into your client profile so you have it for next time. Love...love..love.

Nice clean store with a huge amount of items. They really have anything you could want. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They don't try to push you in to buying expensive stuff which is rare when you are shopping for make up/skin care items.
