CVS Pharmacy

Waiting for my PT appointment I visited this CVS location. Great layout and staff to ask if you need help finding anything. Unfortunately, my household item was not available but was able to see some other items. Located off of Route 50 and next to medical offices so convenient for folks

The young gentleman working the drive through was very nice and helpful! We needed an urgent care which is behind this CVS so it was nice to have both in the same location. Also, one of the medications I was picking up was sent to another CVS and this young man helped me by getting it switched to this location. Thank you!

Store personnel and manager are really nice! Told us about care pass, can cancel within a month. Manager helped find and answered questions about products available in the store.

they are doing their best and people in the comments should be more patient. they aren't robots their humans they try to do their best

The store is well organized. The staff is usually very friendly and accommodating. The pharmacy has always served me appropriately. The only thing I dislike that probably has nothing to do with the staff or management, but more over the corporation itself is the pushing and soliciting of vaccinations. It is an atrocious business practice, and those behind it are criminal. Please results of you who disagree no need to respond. I have the right to my own opinion and it’s based on tons and tons of research and testimony paid off by Big pharma.

CVS is a useful store if you don’t want to drive farther to get what you want… but high-priced and painful. If you use their pharmacy, plan for long waits and annoying check-in procedures. If you buy anything other than food, plan for it to break soon after purchase.

Yesterday I went to pickup 2 rx for my mother. One was new rx fill and 2nd one was a refill. My mother normally get's 90 days of supply fill of all her rx and covered by her insurance. Yesterday, both of the rx, new one and refill were filled for 30 day supply. Therefore, I approached for consultation with the Pharmacist (Shazia, which I confirmed her name from Pharmacist manager Lizzy that she was floating) and ask her can you please check why the rx was filled for 30 days supply, instead of 90 days of supply. Without her looking at my mother's profile, she said \"oh it's Anthem Healthcare through the medicaid, they only pay 30 day supply\". Then I told her She has been getting 90 days of supply. What happened, is there any changes. She said \"yes it's new year, they don't pay anymore for 90 days of supply\". By looking at her expression of more of an ignorant and without any further conversation, I then picked up her rx and came home. I then called and confirmed from her insurance company that indeed 90 days of supply is still for covered for her rx refill and no plans have been changed in terms of days supply dispense at any retail pharmacy. Therefore, I then called the pharmacy again and told them that her rx is still covered for 90 days of supply. I would like understand that she being a Pharmacist, why did she did provide me the inaccurate information a patient or a customer without really looking at the facts. Where is her or CVS's Honesty and the Integrity towards the customer or a patient's healthcare? Please Contact me for further conversation or explanation.

According to my prescription insurance (WellCare) I should have to pay $60 for Vascepa. CVS wants me to pay $405 for a 30 day supply, which I am unable to pay. This is at least the 3rd time I have had a similar experience here.

Very very poor call system, I called more them 10 times and tries but call not transferring to pharmacy, it's kind of headache, Now planning to transfer my prescription to others.

Not enough pharmacy staff to take care of this very busy store.
