Gabby and her team did an awesome job taking care of two of our team's large orders. Some of the best customer service I've had!

Good. Never have complaints. Came shopping to Coconut Point Mall and stopped after wards for some lunch. Place is clean, and the staff is nice. Always a nice place to stop for a quick bite.

Always good food! Orders can take a little while so be patient especially if it is busy! Love going back!

Never been disappointed yet Going to any tropical smoothie.

I went there and wanted something refreshing but sweet so I got a paradise smoothie added white chocolate with mango. Well the cashier was the best and the girls who made the smoothie initially obviously didn’t know how to read or make smoothies. So I politely asked the cashier “Alejandra” to add the white chocolate. She remade it with no hesitation no problem and it tasted exactly how i wanted. Alejandra was hard working going back and forth between making the smoothies. Giving out people their food and doing the front.

Food is served freshly made. Smoothies were on point. Food came out quickly. A lot better than the Fort Myers location that closes half an hour earlier than their online posted hours.

Tropical smoothie is always a good idea when you want something refreshing and cool. Not expensive when compared to other fast food. My daughter and I love the Bahama Mama with Vitamin C and the added multivitamins. Makes it that much better!

Love that they will make a smoothie without any added sugar or sweetener.

Super quick in busy lunch rush. Had my food and drinks ready faster then a drive thru. Good job staff and management

Snowbird here🤣 before we left for our first home in Michigan, we visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe here in Estero. Prior to our last visit (March 2019) we had very poor service, food and smoothies. My wife decided to give it one last time. Worse experience ever! The, and I say this with a grain of salt, manager could care less that we were unhappy with the product that we were given. I had a green machine, my wife, a sunshine, both of which were terrible. The consistency and taste were completely off, to the point my wife was worried we would get sick. NOW, we are back down for the season. Wife, again, said to give this location one last try...all I can say is WOW!!! This place has done a complete 180’ food was perfect, smoothies were the best we have had in all their locations. The staff? Unbelievably friendly, happy and attentive to our needs. I did see a new manager their when we were dining. Not sure his name, but who ever hired this man knew exactly what they were doing. Staff were having fun, while working very hard. It was busy, but you would never know, so efficient and stream lined. Now, my wife is taking all the credit by telling me to give this establishment one more try lol. Bravo to all that turned this seemingly dismal location to what it is now. Will be back very soon and have won both my wife and myself patronage.

BEST Tropical Smoothie ever! This is because.. They are most consistent, efficient and great quality food. Full sandwiches and tastes great! Some tropical smoothies have small portions. Smoothies are always great. Lots of fresh faces, feels like community/home. Thanks for Coconut Point Tropical Smoothie!

Food is really good and staff is nice

Very good smoothies. We were here 3 times this week trying different smoothies each time. My daughter said Sunny Day is the best. I really enjoyed the Chia Blueberry Max and the Immune Blast. My son says beach bum is his favourite.

Always a consistent quick and accurate service here. Suggest using their mobile app to order ahead and earn rewards. The sandwiches always taste fresh and my one wish is that they expand the food choices. Bathroom and dining room are always clean. Parking is a cinch.

I love tropical smoothie, I get the ultimate club with a peanut butter cup with pea protein. And my other half gets the, chicken bacon ranch with, a p.b. cup with white chocolate. Once you go, you can't say no!

A truly made to order kind of place. Everything is so fresh, you could watch them build your Baja wrap and make your smoothie! Courteous staff and the manager was on point!

Food was good, hot and fresh. My smoothie was delicious and when I let them know I have a mango, they thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the machine before making my smoothie. I work down the road. I'll be back in frequently.

Smoothies are so delicious. Pretty quick service. You can use there app and do mobile order then its already waiting for you when you arrive. Generous portions.

Normally, everything is great here. Today, I ordered the new sweet potatoes as a side and they were ice cold and soggy. (Like they were frozen and thawing...)

The cashier was nice and the food was deli. I got quesadilla just cheese and flatbread pesto chicken. The quesadilla was really hot and I request to reheat the flatbread. I will come back!
