Knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in an hour for a phone transfer (would’ve been less if my phone didn’t have so much info to transfer). We were helped by Ashley who was easy to talk to and down to earth. Recommend visiting them

Had an issue with my phone. It was stuck in SOS mode. Went into store and was helped by Elliot. From wait time to help, only took about 20 minutes. I was stressed out and he assured me all will be ok. He replaced my SIM card and got my phone working again. Elliot was very kind and courteous.

Had to return a phone case, Michael was very helpful. It was very quick, and everyone in the store was very nice. The store was also clean and had a lot of options. Highly recommend.

It’s always a pain upgrading your phone but Dez made the experience a good one. Thanks for the excellent customer service!!

I had the absolute best experience here last night. I came in like 20 minutes before close because my phone fell and broke during a tattoo appointment and the screen went out and I NEED my phone for work. I went in ready to have a bad time because lets be honest, no one enjoys the phone store. However, Dez was my specialist and and completely changed that. Not once did he make me feel like he was annoyed I came in when it was time for him to leave. We were cracking up the whole time. He was absolutely the sweetest and helped me beyond what I could have imagined. He gave me the absolute best experience. This isn't my normal Verizon store because I'm in Canton, but I'm glad I ended up here and got him to help. I'd recommend him to absolutely anyone. He turned around a super bad day, and that's not easy.

I had a phone from 2017, that was almost full to the 16 GB, wanting help with transferring to new phone. The woman who assisted me was professional, knew what she was doing, and never made me feel ignorant, answering my questions. Very pleased with the level of customer service!

Tatiana. You are an angel. Thanks for the help. I had an appointment, but was still pressed for time and Tatiana totally hooked me up. I generally hate going to Verizon and she was on the ball and got me out of there as quickly as possible. Got a new phone, new case, updated and out the door in record time thanks to her.

It was late in the day when I stopped in, less than an hour before closing. The staff was attentive and got me signed in quickly to customer queue so I could have my technical issues resolved. Everyone was very professional and polite and I left a satisfied customer with my smart phone operating once again.

Go see my man Anderson if you want things done right. I was having some phone issues with ATT. No one could figure it out for me so I walked into Verizon store looking to see what switching looked like. Although switching from ATT went way passed the closing of the store, Anderson stuck it out with us and finished everything to our satisfaction before closing up shop. It was important to us and he really come through. He wasn’t going to let us leave unsatisfied.

I have to update my review. Unfortunately I was not able to accomplish what I wanted to do, but it was through no fault or lack of trying on the staff's behalf. Jason went above and beyond to help me today. Unfortunately the problem was out of his hands despite spending more than 3 hours trying to help me. I do greatly appreciate the effort.

It's never fun going to the phone store, but this location is fantastic! Professional, no-nonsense service. They actually realize your time is valuable. Highly recommend. They made my experience as painless as possible!

My mom and I stopped in this evening around 6:45 and had a wonderful experience working with Chris (I regret I didn't get his last name). We walked right in with no waiting and Chris spent about an hour working with us to help us upgrade our family plan to an unlimited data plan for the same price as our previous 30G plan. He was so kind, patient, and helpful through our decision making process. Thank you, Chris!

The customer service at this location is excellent. The few tines I have had a problem with my phone, they were able to resolve it in the store. The staff is patient and kind.

Recently got a new phone and I needed some help with accessories the staff was curtious, fun and answered all my questions. I wasn't having the best day but when I walked in their positive attitude made my day better. Thanks to everyone there especially Ashley M. for taking the extra time to help me out!
