I recently switched to Verizon and hated it with a passion and decided I needed to come back to TMobile. Sunny was the person who helped me today at this location and he was amazing. He helped me every step of the way. He was quick, knowledgeable, and even made me laugh. I hope TMobile gives him a promotion because he is a valuable employee and it’s rare for me to see someone who is so professional and who cares about doing their job. Thank you Sunny!!!

Very helpful. If you have mainstream phone companies, and you're not happy with your bill, service or overall plan all together. Stop on by and make a change. Cellular service seems to be virtually the same with a 100 dollar cheaper price tag. Stop by and see what they are offering.

Mary, my salesperson was FANTASTIC! She was so knowledgeable that she could clarify how everything works without hesitation, followed by her competence to get all the work done. I was only lucky to find a T-Mobile sign and meet her there then on my way to consult someone elsewhere for the same problem.

I am very glad to join TMobile. Preet was super helpful and patient. I was so happy to see her because she also once helped me with MetroPcs. I was so happy to see her there because I know she definitely be transparent about all the plans. She also helped me transfer my all stuff and port my number over. It took almost 2 hours. She needs raise and bonus.

So I've dropped my phone numerous times, but the last time I dropped it I broke the screen. I came to this location at 11:30am to see what they could do for me. I was immediately approached asking how they could help me. I informed them of what happened and the store manager Mike walked with me to a register. Thanks to having insurance my repairs would be free. The estimated time for the repair of my phone was 1 hour. The repair tech finished my phone in just under 20-25mins. I waited in my car for my phone to be repaired and when it was done he brought my phone out to me fully repaired! It looks like a new phone! They have definitely exceeded my expectations!! Thank you Sprint team for delivering excellent customer service in such a caring, respectful way! You guys are great and have a customer for life. Thank you so very much!!

Yesterday on Thursday, May 26th, 2022 I stopped in on this T-Moble location. I was greeted by an: Hello Welcome to T-Moble we will be right with you. Then a minute or so later an associate working there came up & took my name & asked me how can I help you. I told him I believe my phone was not working correctly and I might need a new phone. He said we are all with customers right now and someone will be with you in just a few minutes so if you could just take a seat someone will be with you. So within less than 5 minutes Brandon who works for T-Moble approached me and ask me how can I help you. I again explained to him that I believe my phone was not charging correctly and it kept on dying out on me and I need you to check it out. He said that he would give my phone an diagnostic check & seeing what is wrong with my phone. So while I waited I started to look at other New phones. Again within a few minutes Brandon returned & said that my phone was loosing power & apps & my old phone was on it’s way out. He then said without any pressure to me on purchasing a New T-Moble phone suggested you can check out our New phones or you can choose another Phone. So since I was in need of a New phone right away I decided to purchase one from T-Mobile. They were offering great deals on there New I-Phone 13 Pro so with that I choose that one. It was a very easy translation from my old phone to the New Phone. Brandon explained everything very clearly and answered all my question politely and with a smile. He made me very comfortable buying this New T/Mobile I/Phone 13 Pro. We either had to sit & wait or return back to the store because the phone was going to take about 30 minutes. I choose to return back to the store. When I did return my phone was ready & again Brandon was very helpful again going over the New I-Phone 13 Pro and if I had any questions. His professional service I believe went above & beyond his service to me. T-Moble should award this person for his customer service to me. Thank You Brandon and if I am in need for any problems with my phone you are the person I will see. Thank You again.

Stopped in to get a family plan, and right off the bat Josh K knew what I needed. While we waited for the phones to activate Josh even clued me into the fact that The Exchange right next door had a Ps5 for sale, perfect timing for me to be a hero for Christmas.

The people at T Mobile on W. Market were a huge help and a breath of fresh air compared to the T Mobile on Hawkins who were NO Help to us the night before. We were told to call Customer Service. And spent less than 5 minutes inside the store. Bob at W. Market listened to what we wanted to do and helped us. We will be back! Thanks!

Had an amazing experience at this store when originally moving to this city. Overall was a painless experience because Verizon wasn’t working the best for the place I moved. Josh K was a very helpful with answering all my questions and helping my family switch to sprint. Very clean and well run store! Will go back

I visited this location for the first time. And first class service. I was greeted promptly and treated like a high priority of a customer. I went in to look at some smart watches and I ended up purchasing one. Thanks to the help of Christina . She was very professional. Answered all my questions. Treated me with Respect and overall great experience. I highly recommend this location and thank you Christina I love my watch.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received at this location. A special thank you to Gage and James and Madison and every other team member who helped me with an extremely difficult phone transfer. They did not give up and seriously went over and above to help figure out how to accomplish a very complicated problem Thank you all again.

This is my second time working with Josh and he's a pleasure to work with. He's very knowledgeable, he helps me understand what's going on. I originally started with sprint so I wasn't aware of what T-Mobile had to offer. I was highly interested in Tvision but due to current events I had to even cancel my cable so I had to decline. I wasn't aware that I was able to upgrade so that was nice to know considering I really want the new iPhone and after he showed me just how good the camera is I need it lol Unfortunately that also had to be put on hold. I've visited the T-Mobile store in the mall once, my service there wasn't nearly up to the exceptional service Josh had given me. I told him that I will be back at the beginning of the year to upgrade and I don't want to work with anyone but you. I work in customer service as a manger so I understand what it takes to succeed and excel in that role this guy has it! Promote or give Josh a raise because when I come back to upgrade I might offer him a job.

I had gone into this store to get my wife’s phone unlocked and i have been having trouble for the past week on and off the phone with costumer service. I live in florida but an akron resident and figured it would be worth a shot walking in and seeing what could be done. Chris one of the store managers took care of me and not only explained every step, but helped me more than the 4 different stores i have been into. We had trouble with costumer service but at the end of the whole process he made sure my wife’s phone was 100% fixed and made sure that every single issue was taken care of. i was there for 4 hours today and not once was i ever irritated or mad. we got the issue resolved and i will continue to do business with chris. i highly recommend this store and working with him. he is 100% accurate and will make sure everything is taken care of stress free!

When I paid my Sprint bill last month by "chat" the person automatically changed my plan without asking permission, therefore taking my internet off my phone ! Took awhile for the local Akron store to get it straightened out..but they were very helpful.

I had a very good experience, this Staff rocks! Mathias helped me out. Aways a bummer when your cell phone dies on you, but this group made things all good. Couldn't be happier with this Sprint Store. Highly recommend, will never go anywhere else.

I came into the store flustered and frustrated after battling with customer service on the phone for hours about my bill. I was ready to fight when I walked into the store but Tarek listened to my concerns attentively and patiently even though I was clearly upset. After hearing my concerns he offered to help me with my bill and see what he could do for me. He calmed me down without making me upset.
I highly recommend to contact Tarek if you have any concerns with your account. He was very thorough and explained everything in a manner I could understand.

The Best Sprint Store I have ever visited. I want to thank manager Dan for having a warm heart and a great staff on board. Terrell you know I am not going to leave you out you are the head employee in there. You will allow someone to use their own opinion when spending their money and do not mind explaining a good deal to them. Not like most other store, that force you buy something you do not want, thank you for being honest, do not change who you are in life.

My local tmoblie store spent 25 minutes trying to reset my network because it wouldn't connect for outgoing calls. After nothing worked, even factory reset, he told me to drive to the closest service center. Which is 37 minutes away. I arrive, the girl is friendly, I explain that he tried everything. She had it for all of 5 minutes and fixes my problem. I didn't catch her name but she had long black hair and was hella cute. Thanks so much, worth the drive!

Matthias was awesome! He was so helpful, kind, and personable! Sprint was able to fix my phone in an hour for more than $100 cheaper than the "cheap phone repair" business down the street. I'm so glad I took my phone here!
