The service and drinks are always on point, however I wanted to also highlight my sincerest gratitude for the utmost superb hospitality and service we received on Saturday, April 6th, 2024. As a pet owner it means so much finding a welcoming establishment that will accommodate (not only my needs) but for my two Scotties! It means a lot, and the staff on Saturday exceeded my expectations:) thank you again!

This location is extremely busy! The staff remain calm and friendly. Sometimes you have to wait alongside the road to get in; but in my opinion, it’s worth the wait. This is one of my favorite locations in America.

The young lady at the drive through was wonderful. I hope I get her every time I go. Ask for Da'Laney!!!

Gabby Frazier is a chubby wench and I disagree with her review. She can drag her hairy knuckles to Dunkin. This location is very decent!

Best Starbucks I have ever been to. A lovely person with green hair made my birthday even more special by drawing a cute design on my drink. Highly recommend visiting and I Will be going back! <3

The banana loaf is my favorite food to eat.
And yes they warm it up.

Stopped for coffee and dessert just before closing. Four of us were only customers who stayed inside. Delightful spot for conversation, staff was kind when time to close.

Whenever we go there, I just like a large House Blend coffee, with half & half.

I love Starbucks and since I was there I got my chi tea. It was so good.
My regular Starbucks is Wadsworth but I wasn't near there today.
I love their lemon pound cake and lime bar. But they were out tonight, because they're so good!!!

Paying five bucks for a tall iced caramel macchiato is not my style, but it was a wonderful experience. I buy Starbucks coffee at the grocers and brew it every morning to start my day. So, I'm a big fan of their product. I can't pay $5 for something I can make myself for a fraction of the cost, but if you want a great cup of joe, it's my pick for all time. If you calculate the yearly cost for a tall cup of coffee, you will spend approx $1,300. From time to time, it's worth getting in the long line as others, and say, "Serve me up."

The busiest Starbucks in Northeast Ohio. I am an addict.

Every time I come in everyone is running ragged or not staffed enough always have to wait forever to get my order.. when there is hardly anyone there in store and in the drive through.. store is a disaster with stuff spilled on the counter and tables stuff all over the floor.. i can understand if your slammed but most of the time there is no one there for it to take so long.. getting to the point I'll probably stop coming to this location

Love the seasonal gingerbread oatmilk chai latte. Keep this one on the menu! Always great coffee drinks.

The greatest Starbucks in the world for the past 10+ years I've always walked in and felt welcome. Idk how long Ryan has worked there but he makes me feel welcome everytime I come into the store!

Consistent, community, lots of power outlets to plug in computer, overall great place to work.

It's really close to a Starbucks in a bookstore so I was expecting it to stand out by comparison. I was not let down, it's very clean and put together. I ordered a drink and sat in pretty comfortable seats. It was busy but didn't feel like it because of how open it feels and I received my order fast. The hours are great, as I was told they were open 24 hours, which has been happening in businesses less and less lately. I would strongly recommend going here as I am definitely coming back.

Cant believe the service here. Currently waiting for my mobile drink (placed my order at about 1:30) and I still haven’t gotten it. This place is incredibly slow

Coffee was super hot. Which is a big plus.
