The UPS Store

By far, the best UPS store here in Fort Myers! Jonatas and Davi (I'm not sure if that's the curly-haired boy's name) are always helpful, whenever my husband and I have large boxes, they open the door and offer to carry the boxes.
I go at least once a week, and they are always smiling, and it makes all the difference!

These people at the UPS STORE AT GULFCOAST TOWN CENTER are the best people in business to deal with.They take care of business and help you in anyway they can , every time I’ve been there and I have been there many times…they are extremely helpful. I actually got locked out of my car and they tried to help with that as well. Can’t say enough good things about them (i’m just sorry I didn’t get the names of two guys that help) The store is always clean and extremely well run!! THANKS for your kind services:)

I have been to this location multiple times. Everyone who has helped me has been very kind and treats you with amazing customer service. Of all the local UPS stores in the Estero area, this is by far my favorite one to use.

Went in around 10 am this morning. At least 5 people in front of me. Great professional service. I was in the store less then 5 minutes and have received confirmation on both of my returns.

Great customer service ! Jordan was amazing! He took the time to pack my Christmas packages and even saved me money in shipping them . I would highly recommend this location . The staff really cares about the customers.

This is the best UPS store I've been in in SW FL. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable & fast ...and... there wasn't a huge line, which is VERY rare

They have all services required for passport renewal like notary, passport photo, Amazon returns , photocopies, all stationary , the staff were friendly and they replied very patiently that the doubts I have. I would strongly suggest this store because they made my work simpler by having more no of services.

I tried to ship an item to Canada through another UPS franchise and was denied service. This franchise on the other hand welcomed my business. They were friendly, attentive to detail, and proficient providing this service. I highly recommend this location.,

They are awesome here! Always slammed but handles everything so well, we love having our P.O. Box here and everyone who works there is so helpful!

I ship a very expensive and delicate item to my daughter that girl did an extra ordinary job and did great packaging to my item… great ups store for shipping high value item with packaging..

I always see Corey at this store (and he is awesome!), but no matter who is there you're taken care of quickly, your needs are met (or even anticipated before you ask), and the staff are knowledgeable about their services & related info. I go out of my way to go to this UPS store.

I go in here occasionally and the staff always goes above and beyond to make it a nice experience. I never thought I would enjoy mailing things but the team here knows what good customer service is all about.
