Penny’s is perfect. From Cold Brew to Espresso the people behind the counter know how to make what you want, and help you feel welcome while doing it. Love this place!

Nothing will be more perfect then the original pennys but this place did do a great job of bring the vibes to wayzata.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. The latte was well prepared. The chocolate chip cookie was really good. The interior of the shop looks unfinished, but that might be the theme they were going for. The wood chairs/benches are more comfortable than they look. The menu was not listed on a wall, but is available online or at the counter. There is a small parking lot right in front of the building that houses other shops.

Absolutely fantastic experience, I used to work at a chain coffeeshop in the area and Penny's absolutely blows them away on every front. The espresso was fantastic, the baristas were knowledgable and polite, the food was excellent, the wifi was fast, and the ambiance is perfect, with a comfortable temperature and a vibe that was conducive to either having a conversation, reading a book, or getting work done. This is the best place to get coffee without going all the way into Minneapolis, bar none.

Relaxed and personal environment, friendly staff. Honestly the most noteworthy thing for me was the crepes, not something I came for or planned on trying but ended up being a standout item for sure. I will be coming back for the crepes, and get a drink and get some work done while I’m there.

Holy smokes I loved everything about this place. My lavender latte was delicious, as was the pear ginger scone (I don't even really like scones!). I took a strawberry lavender Vybes CBD drink to go, which was also wonderful. None of it was cheap, but it was worth it.

I was back to order a cappuccino this chilly morning to enjoy in the nearby Panowat park along the Lake Minnetonka shoreline. I planned to get a plain croissant as well (they’re excellent) - only to find they had sold out. The barista recommended a Pistachio Croissant. I felt adventurous and got one. Wow. I will never go back. It was flakey and crunchy and downright flavorful - the perfect pairing with the cap. Go out try one this week!
