We bought a 2016 Buick Lacrosse with super low miles (27K) for a super low price. It had been in a fender bender, but you couldn't tell. It looks brand new. We've had it for two months and it runs beautifully and is so fun and easy to drive. We got it for our new driver, daughter, and I feel confident that she is safe driving it. The salesperson was super easy to deal with and low pressure. Sure, he works out of an insurance office, but that type of frugal choice is what helps him to offer lower prices, so it's fine by me. I would definitely buy from him again.

Lora and Mark were absolutely phenomenal during our car buying process. They weren't pushy and willing to fix issues we found before and even after purchase when we noticed an electrical issue after repairs. Lora is always very quick with responses to questions, and as first time car buyers we appreciated the help. I've had two interactions with Apex Auto Sales in the past three months. The first time was to look at a car for my brother in law who lives out of state. I test drove a low mileage Mazda 6. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and well put together it was. It took me quite some time to find evidence that it had been damaged and repaired.
Based on that experience, when I was looking for a Tacoma recently, I noticed that they had one. I went and drove it (great test drive, no salesman with me) and looked it over thoroughly. I found a few minor issues that I asked them to correct and they did without hesitation. The truck was priced well below market value and had a body-colored shell on it. The shell is easily worth $3,000 but the price of the truck didn't seem to reflect that.
Shane and Mark were very easy to work with during the purchase. I'm very pleased with the truck and would definitely buy from them again.

Bought a Nissan Rouge through them. It went great! There were very will to answer all my questions about the car the accident it was in. It’s was a very smooth process. I came back multiple times to test drive the car and they were super cool about it. Definitely would come back. Car is great!

I was excited to find the vehicle I wanted for a low price, looking sharp, and with low mileage, but I was nervous to buy a branded title. Shane was great, he showed me pictures of the vehicle before it was repaired, and explained the kinds of vehicles he looks for. He let me have time to go over the vehicle thoroughly.

I waited several weeks to write a review so I could see how the vehicle held up. Very happy to report it has had no issues. No hidden problems, no cheap fixes. I am happier today than the day I bought it. I would purchase from Apex again.

After driving our Subaru Crosstrek for 6,000+ miles after my husband and I purchased it in January, I am confident in leaving a review.
As I said previously, we have driven 6,000 miles in the car, and it has been great! The car has given us NO trouble. It has driven us on icy roads, through rain storms, and to California and back(only a four-day trip and two days were spent driving.)
Shane was an absolute dream to work with! My husband and I saw the car we were interested in, and he worked with us through it all. Shane was very transparent with us and let us know that it was a branded title. Since Shane was completely open about the car's history, my husband and I had no doubts that this car would be an excellent fit for us and our needs. We weren't wrong, and we are so in love with our car. Best purchase of 2022!

Easily the most straight forward buying process I’ve experienced. Shayne made us feel comfortable about buying a car from him and encouraged us to find a shop for a pre purchase inspection. We took the car to a shop we trusted and after inspection they said it was one of the cleanest rebuilt titles they’ve seen. They uncovered small maintenance items for us to consider for the transfer case/differential ($80 cost) which we will take care of pretty soon. Will definitely use Apex again for our used car needs.

Phenomenal! Mark and lora were great and very helpful. We bought our car during a very stressful and busy time for them, but you never would have known it because of how great they are. Also, their cars are in wonderful shape. Highly recommended!!

I had an excellent experience with Apex Auto Sales. I knew going in that they specialize in rebuilt/reconstructed vehicles. They provided information on the damage, including pictures, and Shane satisfactorily answered all of my questions. There was never any pressure to buy. In the end, I got a great deal on a great car.

I’ve had the car for almost 4 months, now. I recently took it in for some regular maintenance and winter preparation. While I was there I had the mechanic do a full inspection and I was told that the car is in great condition.

The only issue I’ve had is that most of the defrosters in the back window weren’t working. I bought the car in August, so I didn’t think about it. Then the first frost came. I contacted Shane and he went out of his way to help me get a new window at half the cost of the estimate that I got from Safelite AutoGlass.

All-in-all, I am very satisfied with my car and the service at Apex.

I wanted to write an addendum my previous review. I noticed that some people gave Apex a negative review because of a perceived apathy from Shane or others that work there. I want to point out that Apex treated me the way I would like to be treated. They want to sell you a car, they just don't want to pressure you. There is no hype or pressure to get us to buy. They are there to answer questions and facilitate you buying a car. It is refreshing to encounter this when purchasing a car, because it is a big purchase. Thanks again Shane for the no-nonsense approach you guys take!

Seriously the best car buying experience that my husband or I have ever had—period. The gentleman that helped us out was absolutely zero pressure, straightforward, and very helpful. Their prices are significantly lower, didn’t even have to haggle prices, and we still feel like we got the best deal possible. Clean lot with well kept cars. I don’t usually write reviews, but I am genuinely impressed, and can’t say enough good about this place! Will definitely buy from again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I waited 18+ months to write this review because I was a little nervous buying a rebuilt title for the first time. The car has been wonderful. We purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and have had zero issues. Low pressure sales and very professional. Plan to buy again from Apex soon.

I bought a Toyota Camry here. The buying process was pretty relaxed and not pushy which was nice. It seems like their business model is to buy cars that were totaled, fix them up, and then sell them for cheaper; which was perfect for me. What really impressed me was that at the point of buying the car it was now my responsibility, unless I bought a warranty, which I didn’t. Regardless of that, about 1-2 weeks into owning the car I noticed that my AC compressor was having problems. I asked them about it and they offered to fix it with me only paying half of the cost of the part and no labor, which was $150. I thought that was a kind thing to do and said a lot about their integrity and character as a business because they could just tell me to take a hike and I’d probably be out $1-1.5k for that repair otherwise. I would 10/10 recommend them for someone looking for a used car and just have to say thanks here for going above and beyond to serve me.
