I walked in with my son to buy Madden 23. We opened the door and was greeted by an associate who provided excellent customer service. He answered all of our questions. It was a pretty cool experience. Great job sell clerk. I salute you 🙌🏿.

Best store ever! I love GameStop because they always have the most current games, systems, and accessories. Their trade in program is awesome as well. You can trade in old phones, systems, etc. for store credit or cash. The store credit is best because you get a little bit more for your trade in.

Great location with a wide Array of New & Older Titles! The 2 employees I encountered were extremely helpful & focused on me picking out a Great Game rather than up selling! I highly recommend gamers to visit this Gamestop!

The customer service that I received today from GameStop was absolutely top notch! I had some trade-ins and the guy that waited on me was very informative and helpful (my son is the gamer and I'm a pro member on his behalf, but I was clueless to some of the advantages I was missing out on)! When I got home, I realized that I had lost the card that was provided for store credit (I was going to use it for Christmas)! I called the store and the girl who answered was very sympathetic and very helpful. She even went out to the parking lot to look for it! Then she called me back and advised that I should contact customer service immediately so they could wipe the card and reissue it. I did so and even that guy was super helpful, super nice and he helped me save Christmas for my son! I highly recommend GameStop!!

Friendly staff, Greeted me as i came in, Clean store, Easily able to find what i needed. Also did a System trade in and it went smoothly. All in all a 5 star Visit these past few times. Brey maybe the young ladies name that has taken care of me these past few times and She is Great!

Gamestop in Blue Springs, MO has an excellent staff. They are knowledgeable in the games you are looking for as well those you may not realize. Not too pushy either and that is a great thing. The current manager, Brian has put together a really great staff that learns their regulars by sight and name!

I've always liked these guys. Sometimes GameStop employees are overbearing and won't leave you alone, but these guys always do a great job and don't breath down your neck. My favorite location of the franchise I've ever been.
