Good Dunkin quality. Made my drink correctly. During busy times I'd recommend ordering quite a bit ahead of time.

I stop in at this Doraville location typically three mornings during the work week. It’s always a pleasure to visit this location because the service is very quick and courteous. The drive-thru line is fast, as well as the dine in experience. Plenty of ample seating, unlike some of the Dunkin stores out there.

Well, while I didn't get to experience this Dunkin' as a customer; I would have to say I am grateful to had Shazam as the guy helping me out there while delivering for Uber. I was graced with a level of customer service that is rarely shown to delivery drivers. While initially being delivered not great news about the order and superficial concern; I recieved a positive rebuttal to my less than satisfactory response, something I know ot takes going out of your way to do. The art of customer service unfortunately is dying, but I am glad here I got at least a heartbeat.

Friendly bilingual service. The glazed donuts were fresh and delicious. The coffee is better than the hot chocolate, which just wasn't chocolaty enough IMHO. It wasn't too full and everybody inside was wearing a mask, employees and customers alike.

I am having coffee at the store right now. The store just opened last week. Obviously its too early to tell if they always keep fresh donuts. The coffee is fine and this place has a very good sitting arrangement. Not enough parking though.

I had a good experience here.

My visit occurred on a particularly troubling day for me. Not only was I ill and dealing with several other personal problems, but Hurricane Irma had just arrived in Atlanta, with an angry sky and escalating wind and rain - just a really difficult day, within and without. However, that all changed when I settled into this Dunkin' Donuts and had myself some coffee, which was served to me by staff who were genuinely friendly and upbeat; also, the other customers were equally cheerful, resulting in an environment that was a world apart from the outside storm - exactly what I needed. Add to this a good book and a special lunch I'd prepared, and by the time I left, I was feeling ready to face the day in spite of my condition and the worsening weather. The restaurant itself was fine, but the calm, nourishing environment therein was balm on a wound; and for that, I am highly thankful.

Keep up the good work. Simple kindness can, and does, make a difference :D

Great service ,great coffee, the only problem is that large families go there to order 3 dozen donuts and you have wait for ever.it would be nice if another employee would step up and help other customers.
