Burlington

I came by this location with my kid to check and see what they had in the store. We were looking for some items for her apartment and specifically the kitchen and bedroom. We found many of the items in this location which we purchased and was on our way. The cashier was very friendly and seemed capable of processing our transaction and a timely fashion. He also seemed to be aware of the use of the machine to process the gift card. We opted to buy the reusable bag instead of using one of the plastic ones. My daughter and I were commenting that it was noon and the line to check out was already full of people. We observed how quickly the line moved and the fact that the manager called more workers up front to help move the line quicker as it became more crowded.

This location has so much more clothing and merchandise than the one in Decatur. Dressing rooms are still closed so you have to buy everything, take it home, and then return what doesn't fit... I guess all the stores arrive that. I like that they have someone at the front monitoring folks to ensure they are masked up.

Always interesting finds and skincare products.

Hadn't been in years. A co-worker was wearing the cutest t-shirts and told me she got them from Burlington. So I went and found some fantastic bargains and great prices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be going back soon.

I read the Google reviews of this store before going, and I think the key is to just go early in the morning during the weekdays/weekends. Awesome selection of clothes and beauty items, I got WAYYY more than I expected to buy lol! There were 5 registers open, still a wait but that's only because of ppl like me who grabs everything they see SMH! But the prices are amazing, I didn't break the bank and will be back lol!

Mattecia is absolutely amazing. It is only her 3rd day, and she is doing a phenomenal job. Very personable, professional and efficient. Super impressed. I would like to shout out the entire staff, honestly. The holiday rush is in full effect and while the line was long, they kept it moving quickly.

We usually shop here all the time, everything’s great except for one thing.After standing in line forever, at the register, after we have paid for our merchandise we went home and found that half of our things were missing. My wife was very upset because we literally will have to go back and see “what they can do about it”, keep ya updated .. hopefully everything turns out great because we literally love them.

Just hope that they will pay closer attention next time.

UPDATE: They had put the things back into the floor but we were allowed to repick everything without a problem!

It's a great for massive shopping at a really discounted price, I bought 4 t-shirts, 3 sneakers only for $100 and they are all popular brands. Best deal ever, if I bought them from the brand stores directly it would cost me atleast $300+. I would definitely visit this place again in the future when I visit Georgia!

Always busy and have what we need

always a long line to pay but i don’t really mind it. just that on 11/16/21 i went but only to find out they started closing at 8pm. why? :(

I had an amazing experience here! The Shoe associate was more than pleasant. She noticed that I was in need of assistance and stopped her work to greet me. She asked me how I was doing and I told her that I was okay. She then told me that her name is Kimonda and she will be there in case I changed my mind and needed her help. I appreciate her willingness to help even though she had her hands full. She smiled and was respectful. I didnt find the shoe I was looking for but I will definitely be shopping there again.

Burlington is so good. This employee named Farhana (men's department) was an amazing helper. She helped me find everything I needed. She helped me with my cart and showed me where all the clothes and bags were. Thank you to Farhana and Burlington's management.

Love going here, they just need more help at the registers. Go when they first open or on an odd weekday.

Always have a great variety of clothes beauty supplies and my son always fine name brand clothes at low prices and the employees go above and beyond.

It is my first time here at Burlington and I enjoyed my visit. Everything is neat and not too overcrowded. I enjoyed Shakera at the register . She is really nice. Thanks:)

The BEST Burlingto Coat Factory I have ever been to. The store is stocked well, is impeccably clean and the staff and managers that are employed there are incredibly helpful. Keep up the good work!

Week days is nice. The weekend is really bad to pay. Two cash register open.

The store has great prices! I have started my Christmas shopping at this location and found great gifts! I am really excited to finish this weekend.
