Dunkin'

Been eating at Dunkin’ for many more years than I want to admit to. Surprisingly haven’t ordered any delivery since the pandemic began...until today. Ordered a ham, egg and cheese sandwich on sesame bagel, half dozen doughnuts and a large hot chocolate (vanilla, almond). The order arrived via Grub Hub on time, correct and packaged well for delivery.

Loved the bagel. Toasted just right and had a great chew to it. Sesame seeds, also well toasted, were excellent too. The ham, cheese and eggs were about average. The dounuts (I chose variety) were fresh and delicious as I remember.

Surprisingly the hot chocolate (never had it before) was excellent. Sort of like someone melted a mild candy cane in with the chocolate.

No issues at all with reordering anything we had today.

I enjoyed my meal from this location. My order of iced coffee was wasn’t mixed well, but it was delivered extremely fast. After slurping up what felt like a couple table spoons of granulated sugar, I had to stir and shake it vigorously to dissolve all the sugar from the bottom of my cup. But overall the establishment is clean and I will return.

To everybody who is slandering my name please stop! Because you guys don’t even know what y’all are talking about! I am not rude! Nor have I ever told anybody that I’m going to call the police! Before you guys write reviews make sure you are talking about the right person! Because I’m not rude! Never have been! I always greet everybody and I AM THE NICEST ONE IN HERE. Just because my name is on a receipt doesn’t mean im a manager! So please stop slandering my name!

This place is accessible through Chevron gas station. Service was good. Has drive thru option.

Before, the service was bad, and drinks were not made properly. I noticed ever since they got new management it has been a lot better. The drive thru is a bit slow sometimes, but I’m sure like most places in the area they are understaffed.

The manager Brian (I think) and his crew in the morning are fast tho and mistakes are corrected with no problem. The customer service is good.

Put down your phone when working. Why are you assembling the English muffin while handling your phone while wearing gloves? Why does it take 15 minutes to hand me a cold brew, after the order is taken? It’s literally just black iced coffee. Did you just throw my bag of doughnuts on the counter?

We are really going through the bottom of the barrel for the labor force, aren’t we?

Delicious coffee at my location. The person in front of me bought my coffee on election day and I got the coffee for the person behind me the next day. I don't eat donuts, but the coffee and the kind workers make this a great morning treat!

Stopped by for breakfast. Coffee was wonderful, and our sandwichs hot and fresh. Employees were diligent and very polite. Great experience.

Store was very clean. Customer service was fantastic. My order was prepared quick and accurately. Will most definitely become a regular customer here.

Good breakfast sandwiches and strong Dunkin tasting coffee so what more can you want? It's as expected and that's exactly what you want at a DD.

So happy to have a donut shop in the Chamblee area! Parking can be an issue but donuts are good. Service is fast.

It's OPEN NOW! Not sure a google error in listing it before it's open is the location's fault. Cannot wait to try it out but for now it gets a 5 stars because the neighborhood needs it!
