JT's Catawba Café

We came in from out of town from Chicago for a family members wedding. Had breakfast here the morning after and had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be stopping by again before we leave for some fresh donuts!

Food is excellent. Great attentive service. They specialize in donuts to go with the wonderful breakfasts.

It's a nice family owned breakfast and lunch cafe. The food is great and service is very friendly, absolutely not slow or rude, fairly priced. My parents love it because it's a comfy cozy king of place whether you're in a hurry or not. I'm not a donut person but the whole island raves about their donuts and they sell out probably as fast as they make them, may want to order ahead. I like to eat there when I'm in the area because it's far superior than any other place to get breakfast or lunch. Oh, get the Lobster Bisque!! Delish!!

I have ordered pizza from here a couple times, pretty decent! My last experience was in the last 30 minutes and I gotta say, I'm pretty blown away. Called at about 11:15 to place a pickup order at 12:05. Woman who took my order was very nice! I arrived at about 12:07, I was rung up immediately and was out the door quick.
Opened up my togo box to this mountain of a burger. It was the JTs Burger, cooked perfectly (medium), thick cut bacon, the works. By far, one of the best burgers I've had in a while! Do yourself a favor and snag one of them! I'll definitely be getting another in the near future. Good job JTs staff!

Now cash only! It is 2023, right? Three tables were occupied in the restaurant and our food was delivered to another table who arrived after us. It took forever to find out the mistake from the server and even longer to get our order delivered. What are they going to do if it gets busy. We won't be back.

Outstanding grub. Huge portions. Good value for your dollar. Our first visit, left happy and full. Tonya was great and the kitchen did an excellent job with our order.

It was 4th of July weekend, so the service wasn't as good as usual - but, hey they were slammed for a good reason! Went for breakfast two days in a row and it's all good food.

Make sure to try the cinnimon rolls - if there's any left. Best I've had and they're big enough for at least two people.

Very delicious, home made style food. The staff is very friendly, my waitress was very kind and patient with my indecisiveness and her recommendations were perfect. Even brought me a to go cup for my coffee, a nice hidden gem in catawba.

Best waitress and food. Need flags outside to draw attention to the place! You'd be packed!

Food was very good. They get busy so come early! He had monte cristos and my husband had perfectly cooked dippy eggs. Coffee was fresh and hot bee will definitely be back!!!!

Fourth of July weekend, Sunday morning...JT's was very busy--hallmark of a great place. We weren't disappointed. Delicious food, homey atmosphere, friendly waitpersons, kid friendly, family friendly. We loved it. They were so nice!

Went there for lunch in November and we had gotten there right as they closed. However they still allowed my wife and I and 4 of our friends to come in and order. Great food and even better service. Will definitely return whenever I'm out there.
